Excellent breakfast, great location-seafront, good entertainment, great security.

we had a small technical problem with our television, problems solved and Bridget went out of her way to support us book a flight back to Nairobi after she overheard me saying I was having difficulties booking sgr train to Nairobi which was full. Polite and helpful staff with Bridget and Juma receiving our 5 star rating for their support.

Sam's club travel charges more than the Hotel Paseo final bill. At check out our 3 night stay ended up being less expensive than what we paid Sam's when booking the reservation. I called Sam's and asked for a credit and they denied me. Will NEVER book with Sam's again.

Travelled with my spouse, a very beautiful hotel, the staff are welcoming and very hospitable, the buffet has lots of variety with different themes everyday a big shout out to the chefs, there different activities from morning to evening, we were taught few swahili words as we come from South Africa. We shall definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Travellers Beach Hotel with my daughters and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was good and staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

When we first checked in, the room we were given was old and there was water leaking in the bathroom. However, after we reported the issue they responded quickly and moved us to a much better room.

Our sincere compliments to Lorna at the Guest Relations who met our needs and requests.

Would also like to say thank you to the amazing people at the Dining Room and the Snack Bar for their service, kindness, patience, and constant smiles. A special thank you to Gilbert, Hassan, Chef Erick and the Head Chef Lady in Black - you didn’t just serve, you made every meal feel warm and you were very welcoming.

Thanks too to the Animation Team for the fantastic energy and enthusiasm you brought every day. Your activities and entertainment created such a joyful atmosphere and made the stay fun and memorable. Special thanks to Ezekiel, Mustafa, Calvin for water aerobics and Phillip with the ladies he was with on 05.03.2026 and on 08.03.2026 for the night entertainments. They made us dance!

The stay at the Travelers Hotel is wonderful! 🍉 The food is incredibly delicious, fresh, I recommend seafood and all fruits
👨‍🔧👩‍🍳 The staff greets us every day with a nice smile and is happy to help with any issue
🐆🐒 Safari is a must-see in Kenya Wonderful experiences not only thanks to the animals but above all the landscapes
👨‍🎤🧑‍🎨 The animation group is great! Eli and Mustafa conducted great aerobics for us and taught us the Swahilli language. During the conversation, they told us some interesting facts about Kenya. Every day, animators take care of entertaining both older and younger guests relaxing at the pool. It was a wonderful time! I recommend it to everyone🐒

We had a wonderful experience during our stay with my family. The staff were very supportive from the day we arrived. We were assisted by Vivian Cheru, who ensured that our bookings were done without any hitch. One waiter, Sophy Maimuna, was always available and made sure the kids were well taken care of during snacking time.
We also thank the restaurant team, especially waiter Peter, for the great service. They even gave us early morning breakfast the day we checked out. so kind of them. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasant and memorable experience.

I’ve stayed for a short vacation at travellers. And I’ve had such a great experience. The accommodation is well maintained, the staff super friendly and the bars and restaurants of great quality.

As a woman travelling alone they made me feel safe at the resort and had great suggestions for excursions.

I will definitely return to this lovely resort when I am back in mombassa

Everything was nice and I loved it. I met a wonderful lady called Tekla at the reception.

Our trip was cool ,we enjoyed spending time in this beautiful hotel ,the people are very helpful,meals are delicious and yummy .
Tekla with a smile on her face and she is cool ,on the reception the first impression since day one of our check in .

The kind of racism and blatant preferential treatment happening at Travellers Beach Resort is deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable.
From room allocations to dinner seating arrangements, the discrimination is hard to ignore. Is this apartheid in our own country?
It is incredibly upsetting to watch waiters openly ignore Black guests — even after being called and acknowledged — only to rush over and prioritize serving white guests instead. When I called one out, there wasn’t even an apology, just a dismissive smile.
This experience was humiliating and infuriating.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a nice lunch at Pwan at Travellers hotel, helped by a lovely waiter called Grace. Professional service and good food, overall a good experience.
