I would like to recommend good super service at the hotel for the 3 days stay,I was impressed by the food which was top notch and a nice,friendly and professional staff without forgetting a good friend of mine by the name Irene.
She is a hardworking and dedicated waitress who carries out her duties with great zeal, enthusiasm, and commitment. She serves customers with a warm smile, patience, and respect, always making sure that their needs are attended to promptly and professionally. The conference rooms are perfect and cleaned.
Not forgetting the food and the service are notchtop. The first Lady to checked me in, she is friendly with a warm welcome. Thanks to Tekla very kind and helpful.

Very motivated and engaged staff.
Location includes a pool and a beach.
The rooms are very clean and also include an AC, when it's hot.
Furthermore there is more than enough to do during the day, with games like for example volleyball on the beach and in the water, but also entertainment shows during the evening.

The hotel has a tremendous view of the pool.Food is sumptuous.
I had a great stay at Travellers Beach Hotel & Club. It was the perfect place to relax. The hotel wasn't overcrowded or noisy, which made it easy to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
The food was really tasty with plenty of options, and the service was excellent. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. I also appreciated the swimming pools, which were clean and well maintained. Another big advantage was the security. The security team took their job seriously, so I felt safe throughout my stay.
If I had to mention any downsides, I would say that the all-inclusive package could include ice cream, especially for guests staying during hot weather. Also, the bathrooms, although clean, felt a little outdated and could benefit from some renovation.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday on the Kenyan coast.
