We are regular customers of the Bomen Hotel as we always take the groups of the Tour Operator I work with there.
They are wonderful people, they welcomed us like brothers and sisters with this phrase "You of ***** (they mentioned the Tour Operator) are our people"
They have fabulous cuisine, you eat a lot and well, the location is excellent for visiting the reserves of Buffalo Springs and Samburu, which are wonderful and unmissable parks.
The staff was attentive to our every need, from the lunch boxes always ready at the right time, to the cleaning, to our every need.
Go to the Bomen Hotel with confidence because you will really have a great time!

I would only put the elevator to walk four floors it was not comfortable even if the staff always carries the bags and the luggages and therefore they still offer an impeccable service.

The staff are super kind & helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The dstv being controlled from a central point. Lack of a fan to regulate room temperatures. It was so hot.
