Pros:

The room was large and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Shower opening is weird and the toiletries were balancing on a shower until that was broken

But shower was lovely and hot

Grossly mismanaged and run down property.
Pros:

Location is good - close to many restaurants and the Westgate Mall. Staff was friendly and trying to do the best with the extremely poor condition and management of the property.

Cons:

Rooms were terrible. Did not have the facilities that are listed in the description. The bathroom shower pressure was weak and haphazard. Water sprayed everywhere. The sink drain was clogged. The safe operation was inconsistent. Sometimes it opened other times did not. Bed frames were dirty. The swimming pool was just for show - the staff were rinsing dirty utensils in the pool!!! The washroom in the lobby looked like something you would see in road-side, filthy washroom.

Big value for money and great location
Pros:

Best location in secure westland area right besides the Westaget mall and 10 mins walking distance to Sarit Center. Helps in getting all the requirments before heading for the Safaris.

Cons:

Air con has a bright light which doesn't turn off

Good security. Friendly staff. Perfect location.

Cons:

Beddings need an upgrade. The kitchen needs to be well equipped. Coakroaches are in the apartment. Dirty plates from meals served to guests in the rooms stayed for long on the corridors. Filthy!

Utterly disappointed!
Pros:

Welcome at reception by Babel.

Cons:

Issues and issues: Sink clogging, TV issue, window issue, noise disrupting sleep daily, unresponsive housekeeping and lack of supplies and shortcuts like spreading bed instead of changing bedding. Poor communication: Got locked out of room despite having paid and told stay was extended. Surprise allegation of dinner bill at end of 9 days total stay yet never once ate there. Utterly disappointed. Worst experience ever after years coming as a guest. What happened to Landmark? Sad state!

Pros:

Located right next to the Westgate Mall which was an advantage. Breakfast was not too bad as well with decent variety.

Cons:

Kitchen was closed by the time we checked in around 11 PM. But the staff were friendly and allowed us to order online.

Great stay , good value will definitely stay there again
Pros:

The staff were so helpful at all times . Location was perfect next door to West Gate shopping centre. Rooms were clean and well equipped. bistro menu was simple but good value and food was good .

Cons:

There is a new building going up next door, there are few places in Nairobi where this is not happening,but noise which was bearable was restricted to working day.
