Business stay in Nairobi
Pros:

Excellent location, next to the mall which had various dining and entertainment options. We had an upgrade to the suite which was spacious and really nice.

I recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Westlands. It is close to two shopping malls , westgate and serif.

Westland landmark suite was good stay with not so good breakfast

Location and cleanliness of room

Cons:

Breakfast choice of food was below average . The chef did not know how to cook masala omelette , also the chicken sausage was really bad uncooked . So really could not enjoy the breakfast . Other hotels in Westland area are far far better in terms of food quality .

complete disaster
Pros:

location is the only thing for which could give a "GOOD" rating .
everything else is a let down and downright disaster

Cons:

the broken windows of an Air conditioned room.
i changed my room 2 times because of this
both times got a A/C romm with broken windows.

the unchanged linens - my bed had lady hairs on it . -

leaky showers - no pressure

POOR WIFI - if you are here for business - be assured you will spend from your own pocket for internet because the hotel wifi is not functional. worst is nobody bothers to even rectify this,

slow catering - breakfast took over 45 mins for a simple omlette and toast
for dinner - the staff got my order wrong.

i was charged 90 USD a night for above - via booking.com

shame and cant even ask for a refund .

Pros:

The green ppr pipe in the bathroom is hideous.
And silicon in the shower cabin is black.. Gives a sense of dirt

La camera era ben arredata e davvero molto spaziosa. La posizione era eccellente a pochi passi dal Westgate Mall e a 5 min a piedi dal Sarit. Molto molto bene.

Cons:

Servizio colazione sicuramente da migliorare, piuttosto lento e poi mancava sempre qualcosa...acqua, yogurt, cucchiaini o posate, L'orario della colazione non è stato sempre rispettato. Se la colazione inizia alle ore 7:00, deve essere tutto pronto per quell'ora, mentre nei giorni di mia permanenza lo staff iniziava a preparare la sala alle ore 7:00.

Very comfortable bed. Big accom. Lovely front desk staff.

Cons:

The kitchen was very poorly appointed. One plate, one side plate and no bowls? No teatowels, no dishwashing liquid. Not enough equipment to cook properly with. The washer dryer did in fact not dry at all. Left it on for hours and it made clothes more wet.

Very often the room was serviced and I didn’t get all bathroom towels. No face cloths, no hand towels. Needed more coat hangers or clothes rack to dry clothes if dryer doesn’t work.
