Pros:

Some refurbishment needed for some rooms, but otherwise great location ( walking distance from downtown though I'd strongly advise against it during late hours). Staff were nice and friendly, and breakfast was amazingly good 👍, kudos to the Chef.

Cons:

Had to change rooms because the one initially attributed to me had some utility issues, and it wasn't ready upon my arrival even though my arrival time had been specified a few weeks in advance.
I also understand the noise around town, but found the environment particularly noisy especially at night.

Comfortable
Pros:

I loved the room was very clean,the bed so cosy and enough for me and my daughter,toilets were so clean. Breakfast was plenty and so many options to choose from. We really enjoyed alot,can't wait for next time

Recommendable, despite some minor issues always again.
Pros:

Centrally located in the CBD of Eldoret. Restaurants, shopping and public transport in walking distance. Personnel very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Clean.

Cons:

There is surely need for better maintenance. Safe should be accessible, warm water to be provided. Towel rack should be fixed.
