Recommendable, despite some minor issues always again.
Pros:

Centrally located in the CBD of Eldoret. Restaurants, shopping and public transport in walking distance. Personnel very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Clean.

Cons:

There is surely need for better maintenance. Safe should be accessible, warm water to be provided. Towel rack should be fixed.

Pros:

The bed and the food was amazing.

I especially loved the bed warmer that was the cherry on top.

Cons:

The fact that it says you can check in or out from 12am - 12pm yet ,on the hotel it's different. Check out is 10am that was an inconvenience. Please update the times correctly.
