Rooftop,ubicación, piscina,vistas,gimnasio,montón de puestos para comprar comida, mercado cerca, night market cerca. Río muy cerca para pasear tarde noche. Muy a gusto en este hotel.

Residence 110 ist ok aber teilweise nicht kühlende Klimaanlagen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war geräumig. Der Rooftop Pool ist eine nette Erfrischung mit tollem Ausblick.

Cons:

Habe nicht die bestellte Wohnung bekommen. Bei der Ersatzwohnung kühlte Klimaanlage die Wohnung nicht.
Nach Beschwerde.
Die zweite angebotene Wohnung kühlte auch nicht.
Die dritte Wohnung kühlte dann angemessen ab aber war halt nicht was ich Bestellt habe. Kein Sofa und vor allem von Küchentisch nicht den tollen Ausblick. Ich habe Rezeption gesagt sie sollen in Zukunft Reservierungen ablehnen wenn die Bestellte Wohnung nicht frei ist. Ich mag die Residence 110 aber der Ärger über das nicht bekomme Apartment und dann noch 3 Stunden hin und her bis ich eine Wohnung mit gehender Klimaanlage hatte haben mir den ganzen Abend die Laune verdorben.
Wenn das nochmal vorkommt werde ich ein neues Hotel ausprobieren.

Good value hotel with some great rooms and a nice pool with a view!
Pros:

The swimming pool is great and the staff always say “ Welcome back” with my name on arrival.
The rooms are clean. The hotel is good value for money although not as close to tourists spots as some is in a location that I like ( near places I like to eat) and it’s not too far to walk to/from most the bus stations to leave Phnom Penh.

Cons:

Sometimes the beds are squeezed near a wall, the sheets a little worn or the room is without a window, and sometime the locks on the balconies don’t work, so choose your room accordingly for what you want. But all in all I keep choosing here ( over again!) because it is a great place to stay!

Comfortable, value for money
Pros:

Stayed here for second time - that, I believe, says a lot. Clean and spacious room with great view to Mekong River. Cool swimming pool on the rooftop. Friendly and helpful staff.

Central beliggende med bylivet og daglige indkøb inden for rækkevide.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var god, henset til at det er tæt på indkøb med stort udvalg streetfood, marked og dagligvarer til overkommelige priser. Dertil ikke langt fra flod promenaden med Cafeliv, restauranter og barer. Ingen støj selv om det var ved befærdet vej. Særligt gode fitness faciliteter var en positiv overraskelse.

Cons:

WiFi var til tider ustabilt eller helt fraværende. Det krævede indsats hver gang fra personalet.

Below expectations!
Pros:

We liked the location as it is very central, near Riverside and markets.

Cons:

The room was not clean and like a lot of hotels in Phnom Penh, it lacked general maintenance, which means it is quickly run down.

The service is average, particularly in the restaurant where the waiters are playing on their phones and blasting loud music for themselves.

De locatie is prima (als je van de drukke straten van de stad houdt), het zwembad en het uitzicht bovenin is ook super

ik had expliciet gevraagd om een rustige kamer bij mijn reservering. Helaas viel dat na een nacht enorm tegen. Middenin de nacht werd ik wakker gehouden door schreeuwende mannen op de gang. Niet eventjes, maar van 3 tot 4 in de nacht was het een enorm kabaal. Het plan om dan maar uit te slapen mislukte ook; er werden (bij de buren??) werkzaamheden uitgevoerd die een enorm kabaal meebrachten. De tweede nacht kreeg ik een andere kamer. Die was minder schoon, maar ook helaas nu werd er 's nachts behoorlijk geschreeuwd en gegild op de gang, ditmaal voornamelijk door vrouwen. Dagen NA mijn verblijf kreeg ik een reactie op mijn boeking: "we gaan proberen een rustige kamer voor je te vinden", jammer....
