Great stay if you have ear plugs

Outside my window were 3 ac fans going all night making a right noise. Ironically I didnt have my account on so was kept awake listening too other rooms ac.

Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattetes Studio mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Insbesondere der Poolbereich wirkt etwas heruntergekommen und lieblos, ohne Sonnenschirme. Auffallend viele ältere Männer mit jungen Kambodschanerinnen.

Ne reflète en rien les photos
Et pour finir on me fait payé un transport aéroport lors de la commande 25 dollars pour un départ 4h du matin sauf que le taxi me redemande de payé carte l’hôtel ne la rétribue ( qui est le mal honnête ? Un doute sur l’hôte)
Dommage seul moment désagréable dans se pays merveilleux

Disgusting
Pros:

There was ants in our bed under the pillow as the sheets were not changed. Then the staff refused to take any responsibility and were rude especially the manager.

NICE HOTEL, NICE STAFF; EXCELLENT INFINITY POOL.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and the pool fantastic. Breakfast very good, but if you are late you can miss your favourite fruit or so....no BIG DEAL.

Cons:

The hotel is not very handicap-friendly. There are stairs you have to climb to get to reception. The lift goes to the garage level but the entrance there can only be opened by certain staff. If the right person is not there, you have to take the stairs. I am 79 y.o. and would like to use that entrance/exit every time.
