Would recommend
Pros:

People that worked there, especially David, were really helpful and nice. The beds are comfy and there is everything you need. It’s close to metro station.

Cons:

It was little cold there, because floor heating was turning on around 7 pm I think, but it was bearable considering that outside was -14°C. :)

離地鐵非常近，益善洞就在附近，附近也有很多餐廳～生活機能很棒。老闆David 非常友善，在Booking詢問都回答的很詳細。看到有小朋友還送兩顆橘子😁，辦理Check in 的時候還送了暖暖包給我們一家四口，雖然沒有樓梯但是會幫忙搬行李～若有需求也會幫忙安排回程的機場接送，很棒的住宿體驗，謝謝你們～

Pros:

Boa localização, espaço do quarto e cama confortável. O atendimento foi excelente.

Cons:

Não tinha Limpeza diária. É preciso subir escada, para quem tem problemas de locomoção, é bom ficar atento.

Really good overall and great value for money.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful, the bedroom and bathroom were super clean and a good size with a desk and chair, hangers, a towel rail in the bathroom etc. Amazing location right in the middle of Seoul and a 1 min walk from 3-ga jongro station (probably spelt that wrong).

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were thin, hard and quite uncomfortable and there weren’t any drawers or a wardrobe or anything for our clothes (except one clothing rail) but that was it.

Pros:

Location is fantastic as usual, loved being next to ikseon-dong, even though didn't manage to visit more than once (get salt bread!). Close to Jongno-3ga station and some other attractions, major metro interchange that gets you to all the other places you need to go. had forgotten there was quite a bit of transfers to do, but now there are more escalators and lifts around! just pray it hasn't broken down when you are going there XD Staff were kind to let me leave my luggage before and after checking in/out (left a note when I had to travel out early on my check-out date, and everything was kept neatly intact!)

Cons:

had forgotten about the no lift situation; the front desk and everything is on the 2nd floor, but you can usually ask for help to assist in carrying your luggage together up.

Uma boa opção de guesthouse em Seul
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, próximo à estação, com muitas opções de restaurantes, além de ficar ao lado de uma das principais ruas de comércio de Insadong, da Hannok Village de Bukchon e de dois dos grandes palácios de Seul. Os funcionários muito solícitos, o David foi ótimo e ajudou em tudo. O quarto tinha bom tamanho e o banheiro também. A limpeza não deixou a desejar em nenhum momento. O custo-benefício é bom.

Cons:

As instalações precisam de manutenção, parecem um pouco antigas e gastas, e o aquecimento do quarto deixa a desejar, apesar do aquecedor elétrico disponibilizado. A falta de educação dos outros hóspedes pode prejudicar sua noite de sono, mas isso não tem relação com a qualidade do serviço.
