Pros:

The rooms were great!! Clean, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful view. I chose a 3 bed private room fornme and my family. Amenities galore and many food options within walking distance including a market with delicious local food and friendly, nice vendors. I was even able to get my hair done and scalp massage right across the street at Juno. Overall great experience.

I want to stay here again!
Pros:

The accommodation is near Seomyeon Station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is on the 7th floor and is accessible by elevator. (On the 4th and 5th floor is a gallery worth visiting if you are into art.) Our 13 sq.m. twin room was a good size: we each could open our luggage without the room feeling cramped. The room had a TV, desk, chair, mirror, box of tissues, refrigerator (with 2 free bottles of water), hangers, clothes rack, two small safes/lockers. Towels (hand-towel size, as is common in Korea) and disposable slippers were provided. The female shower room and toilets had: 6 shower rooms, 5 toilets, and 8 sinks, but it did not feel busy (I did not ever have to queue for the shower rooms). The shower room was spacious with a shelf, trash bin, shower curtain, shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel.

The common area was big with many places to sit. It also had shelves of books. The open kitchen was also spacious with a refrigerator, water dispenser, sink, microwave, plates and utensils. There is also a luggage storage area by the reception: you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out.

Receptionist (Tae) was very helpful!

Cons:

The AC was on heater mode during our stay and it felt too warm for me, so we had to borrow a fan from reception (which they did provide).

The light switches in the room are only by the door (would have been great if there was also a light switch by the bed).

깔끔하고 군더더기 없는 시설.
주변에 식당과 카페, 지하철이 가까워 접근성이 좋고 건물 내에도 다양한 시설이 있어 좋음.

Cons:

다만 방음이 거의 안되서 옆방에서 조금 크게 대화하면 내용 다들림...ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
