Отличная альтернатива Ибису
Pros:

Проживал в номере стандарт, номер не большой по размеру. Отличный отель в современном стиле, подобие Ибиса, только значительно дешевле. Хорошая кровать, подушки разной плотности. В номере есть вода, чайник, несколько пакетиков чая. Завтрак вполне себе хороший, но, к сожалению зерновой кофе за отдельную плату.

Pros:

Новый отель, удобный, хорошо оборудованный номер (фен, халаты, ванные принадлежности, все имеется в наличии), вода в холодильнике. Хороший WiFi в номере.
Хороший богатый завтрак (кроме кофе (был растворимый). Большая парковка при отеле. Приветливое вежливое отношение на рецепшн при заезде, администратор согласовала поздний выезд на следующий день (до 18ч.) с учётом позднего заселения, без доплаты. Оперативно оформила все документы.

Cons:

Ужасное неуважительное отношение на ресепшн при выезде, испортившее впечатление от отеля: Администратор ресепшн на следующее утро отказалась предоставить поздний выезд без доплаты, несмотря на то, что это было согласованное условие при заезде (со словами, обращайтесь к вчерашнему администратору, я вам этого не обещала. Мой вопрос: но Вас же вчера не было, как Вы могли мне пообещать вчера, был проигнорирован).
Прочие небольшие неудобства: гудел вентилятор централизованной вентиляции, отклеился край вентиляционной решетки. Засор в раковине в ванной комнате, не работал пульт от телевизора (но нам он особо не был нужен).
