Очень понравилась низкая цена, по которой мы получили очень большой для такого уровня номер и включённый завтрак. Заселили даже немного раньше заявленных 12 часов. Кровать удобная, с душем проблем не было. Кстати, предоставляются банные халаты! Есть в номере и холодильник.
В номере не было мыла. Очень не хватало чайника и ложек (из посуды были только 2 стакана)
Отличное расположение, самый центр, рядом базар, всевозможные кафе ,столовые,выпечка на каждом шагу ,у нас были сутки до перелёта, в шаговой доступности множество парков,гуляли весь вечер, мебель старая но это не критично,комнаты большие,кровати тоже спалось хорошо, завтрак отличный, каша,яичница,кусочек сыра ,колбасы ,варенье ,маргарин,чай.Минус только один это замки дверные ,они заедают, если буду в Шымкенте ,обязательно вернусь сюда снова ,очень рекомендую, администраторы приветливые!

I found a used soap sample inside the shower, which made me think that the shower may not have been cleaned... But the rest of the room was clean.
The location isn't the best... It's very dark at night and there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby...
Bed was a bit hard and the room lacked a bit of lighting...
Номер был просторный, было прохладно в такую жаркую погоду. Вода, чай, чайник, бокалы, и как комплимент печенье поставили в номере, тапочки, гель и шампунь также были.
В номере было пыльно, на телефоне, на телевизоре особенно было видно это, телефон не рабочий, холодильник грязноватый внутри, не было ложек, зубной щётки и пасты, а также мыло. Можно заказать доставку в номер от кафе Эльдорадо, как понимаю сотрудничают с гостиницей, но еда не свежая. Есть прайс по порчи вещей в номере, но эти вещи оставляют желать лучшего, подушка с жёлтыми пятнами, пульт очень грязный, одеяло с чужими волосами. Завтрак конечно включён но также ждать его в порядке очереди очень долго.
Локация неплохая, недалеко от вокзала, постельное белье и полотенца были новыми и чистыми.
Весь потолок в ванной комнате в плесени, крепление для душевой лейки сломано, очень старая мебель, кондиционер не охлаждает, работает как вентилятор, уборки и замены белья не было, завтрак так себе.
