Overall experience is very nice. The hotel is very specious with huge space for parking.
Pros:

The location is very near to prime attractions of the city. Market place is very close. Staff behaviour is very praiseworthy just the language was the problem. But with translation the persons at reception was very co-operative.

Cons:

The elevator of the hotel is very peculiar as it stops only at the middle of each floor staircase. So either you have to go up or down half steers each time using the elevator.

Pros:

Номер большой ,относительно чистый. Окна выходили на крышу соседнего дома,тихо. Рядом рынок и автобусная остановка. В шаговой доступности старая крепость.

Cons:

Нет рядом крупных магазинов или супермаркетов. Завтраки порционные состоят из каши ,яиц жареных с кусочком колбаски и сыра. Чай,по запросу кофе растворимый.Единственное,что долго ждать пока его принесут,будьте готовы к ожиданию.

Pros:

Okay location, a nice place to crash for a couple of days while you explore Shymkent. Breakfast was decent for the price. Wifi isn't the best, but this is consistent across Kazakhstan. Rooms are clean.
