Стандартный номер. Чисто, уютно. Не было чайника, попросили у админа. С удовольствием поделился им. Утром был замечательный завтрак

По телевизору смотреть нечего, потому что были лишь Казахстанские каналы .

Хороший номер.
Pros:

Отель очень просто найти, он есть на всех картах, кроме того, его знают многие местные жители. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию. В номере было тепло и тихо, в т.ч. вечером и ночью. Утром был предложен хороший завтрак. Представитель объекта на респшене ответил на все интересующие вопросы. Номер превзошел ожидания. Лучшее соотношение цены и качества.

Cons:

Плохо ловит Wi-Fi в номере. Интернет хорошо работал только в общем холле на 1-этаже. Представитель объекта на респшене сообщил, что интернет плохо работал, т.к. в отеле было много проживающих из спортивной команды. В целом, интернета в общем холле на 1-этаже было достаточно для работы.

Близко к вокзалу
Так как мы едем с Ташкента (езжу с ребенком на лечение) с Кабыланбека в обед приезжаем в Шымкент
Поезд у нас в 7 утра Қызылорда Кокшетау
Нам бы ночь переночевать
Так как у меня ребенок с инвалидностью
А в вашей гостинице мне уже два раза сделали замечание
Что я бронировать должна как за 3 взрослых мне это очень дорого выходит

Я заранее делаю бронь по приложению. Два раза мне пришлось на ресепшене обьяснять и просить администратора воити в мое положение
Хотелось бы чтоб в следующий раз (ближайшая поездка запланирована на июнь) я могла спокоино заселится в номер
Прошу руководство сделать исключение для меня
