Pros:

街中だけどそこまで中心部でもなく、ちょうどよいロケーション。近くによいマーケットやカフェがあって便利。オーナーもとてもフレンドリーで、ロシア語に堪能でない私に対しても色々と滞在中は柔軟に対応してくれた。感謝。

Cons:

欠点はほとんどないけど、強いて言えばシャワーの水量と温度の調節が難しい。ただ、これがこのホテル特有の問題かどうかは分からない。
あと、路地から少し奥まったところにあるので、初めは場所が分かりにくいかもしれない。

Pros:

Останавливались на 2 суток. В номере чисто. Была большая кровать, матрац в меру жёсткий, что очень порадовало. Из техники есть чайник, небольшой холодильник и микроволновка. В туалете большая ванная. Wi-Fi работал хорошо.
Местонахождение отличное - в пределах 10-15 минут пешком все достопримечательности.
Учитывая цену размещения - отличный вариант, рекомендую.

Pros:

Travelled with family, so the extra sofa room was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and warm.
NIcely located to walk around to major tourist spots, good selection of eateries and atleast 2 decent malls at walkable distance.
The metro station is also just 2 mins walk

Cons:

The hot water takes a long time to come, the staff mentioned its old plumbing. But once it comes its all good.

居心地の良いホテル
Pros:

スタッフがフレンドリーかつ親切で、暖かい感じがして居心地がよかった。困ったことがあっても、すぐに相談に乗ってもらえた。フロントスタッフだけでなく掃除スタッフも英語を話すので、コミュニケーションがとりやすかった。
近くに飲食店や大型スーパーもあり、観光も徒歩圏内の立地であった。

Привет !!! Я не первый раз заселяюсь в эту гостиницу , очень удобно , но в последний раз персонал превзошел все ожидания , меня заселили на три часа раньше , в наличии дополнительная посуда пожеланию вежливые и открытые люди короче рекомендую

утром рано бывает вода не очень горячая но я встаю в 5 утра поэтому ,,,,,

однозначно можно рекомендовать желающим приехать на несколько дней в Алмату
Pros:

Тихо, спокойно, уютно. Очень подходит для проживания на несколько дней, близко от центра. Рядом находится маленькое кафе, допоздна работает, и самое главное очень вкусно (и демократично по цене) готовит национальную еду хозяин и повар в одном лице Амин из Таджикистана. Рекомендую тем, кто в командировке!

Très grande chambre, très propre, calme, bien située, avec un balcon donnant sur des arbres.
Le personnel est attentif et réactif. Le gardien de nuit est exceptionnel, très professionnel, très serviable et vraiment⁸ gentil et dévoué.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, тихо, несмотря на то, что гостиница расположена в центре. Питаться нужно в круглосуточном кафе в 5 минутах ходьбы - Каганат. Это просто бомба

Pros:

Berkana is always my first choice in Almaty. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and have everything one might need. The location is excellent. Friendly people make Berkana feel like I’m coming home. And the price is right.

The room is bigger than expected
Pros:

All staff can speak English and they are friendly and helpful with calling Yandex taxi for us and providing great tour information. The building looks old from outside, but the rooms are well-maintained and the facilities are good. The shower had stable hot water every day. The location is great, the Cathedral and Bazaar are within walking distance.

Cons:

I found no sockets by the bed, but an extension board was provided.
