Pros:

Хороший вполне просторный номер. Чисто и ухоженно. Видно что следят за исправностью всего и состоянием номеров. Персонал вежливый, заботливый и доброжелательный. Идут на встречу по вопросам.
Был удивлен, что в эту стоимость ещё и входил завтрак.

Cons:

Кондиционер не охлаждал почему-то.

Pros:

I really liked the cost of the facility and the nice staff who could help you with any questions. I didn't have to wait for check-in or check-out, and my room was clean. The place is under construction, but it didn't bother me during my stay at the hotel. Overall, the breakfast and the location — though far from the city center (in Astana there is no real city center) — were good for that price.

Cons:

I also had some issues with the staff. When I informed them several times that I could not turn off the AC and they agreed to help, they never came back, so I slept with the noise. I could also hear sounds from the next room, which also bothered my stay — you could clearly hear everything people were doing next door.

Очень симпатичное место, хорошие завтраки и чистые уютные номера с удобными и мягкими кроватями.

Cons:

Под 11 номером, каждые две минуты открывалась и закрывалась какая-то скрипучая дверь)

The rooms were a little tired but the bed was super comfy and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was a bonus

Очень чисто, номер был относительно новый, тихий. Персонал очень приятный, исполняли все просьбы. Хороший интернет

A very cozy and comfortable stay with great service and a perfect location.

I really liked this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Also, the location is very convenient and close to everything I needed.

Но благодаря отзывчивому и вежливому персоналу огромное спасибо. Приготовили завтрак раньше. Т.к в 8:30 я уже выселялась

Очень старая мебель потертая и убитая. Свет очень тусклый, не все лампочки работают. Ванная вообще не хочется заходить , раковина треснула, в душевую не хочется даже заходить.Завтрак очень поздно подают. Не все предметы необходимости есть в комнате, к примеру написано , что чайник есть .. а его нет , интернета на 2 этаже нет. Даже блокнота с ручкой нет. Очень тонкие стены , разговор по телефону в соседней комнате слышала , как будто с ними в одной комнате была.

Работник который в 3 часа ночи помог мне поднять чемодан на второй этаж

Завтрак не понравилось, поставили хлеб для тостов но тостера нету( местоположение непонятно где, я доверилась отзывам в букинге но если вам нужно локация в центре города то это место вам не советую.
