Номер не соответствовал фотографиям с сайта, были тараканы, других номеров не было, нам вернули деньги и мы искали другой отель

Behaviour of staff very rude, room interior not so good, broken sofa in room , no options in breakfast what they served you have to eat, even they don't serve water during breakfast and most disappointed thing was reception lady refused to keep the luggage after check out

Pros:

Perfectly adequate for the price. Great location and lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Bathroom was clean and lots of hot water. Needed to open the window to air the room but has A/C if you need. Breakfast is really good..only downside is its served in a restaurant which opens at 9.

Понравилось, что завтрак был включен в стоимость номера. Я не обратил на это внимание, когда делал резервацию. Завтрак организован в кафе в соседнем здании от гостиницы. Завтрак вкусный.

Cons:

Гостиница объективно очень "уставшая". Всё в ней уже очень сильно устарело. Да, есть вода, есть тепло, есть удобная кровать, есть туалет, есть бойлер с горячей водой и микроволовая печь, даже гладильная доска; всё чисто, но очень старое. Отличная локация.

Цена и соотношение конечно совпадает, ещё завтрак включен, удобное местоположение. Заслуживает хорошую оценку.

Cons:

Это скорее всего касается ресепшна, когда была в ресепшне женщина славянской внешности, я к 10 подходил я успею на завтрак она говорила да, а в другой уже была другая женщина казашка тоже самое в 10 подходил она говорит время завтрака истекло и меня оставил без завтрака. Я без проблем могу позавтракать вне гостиницы, я просто не понимаю почему двойной подход обслуживание, один говорит можно, один нет. Пожалуйста разберитесь проинформировать правильно постояльцев.

Pros:

Местоположение удобное. Недорогой отель. Описание соответствует реальности. Старенькие номера, но для переночевать нормально.

Cons:

Запах канализации и плесени.
