Месторасположение удобное

Cons:

С окон страшно дул ветер, шумно очень, особенно ночью, уборку делали ежедневно, но не качественно, приборы не меняли, мой стакан с обертками от чайных пакетиков стоял три дня. Чай, зубную пасту так и не обновили 😞
Казалось бы мелочи, но досадно.
