Уютный отель, красивый и продуманный дизайн интерьеров помещений, очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, отличное меню- не каждый отель заграницей готов предложить такой ассортимент гостям, вкусно, быстрая подача для голодного путешественника, прекрасный сервис- ресторан официально работает с 9.00 до 22.00. Но! Для Вас специально приготовят и раньше, привезут в номер. Очень теплая атмосфера! Ради таких комфортных ощущений стоит вернуться в Уральск! Благодарю отель за прекрасное время, проведенное в отеле! Удачи всей команде и до встречи!

Pros:

Everything was perfect

Cons:

We stayed here for the second time and absolutely loved it! The breakfasts were especially great delicious and with a good variety. The lady at the reception unfortunately I don’t remember her name was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. If we come to Uralsk again, we’ll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Spa was very relaxing and massage / scrub just what we both needed. Thank you.

Cons:

As long as you have experience in service it will meet your expectations in Uralsk, do not expect service to be attentive after you have your first attention, you need to be bold and look for the service team if you want a second drink etc. but they were al lovely and a nice team.

Great spa, nice personnel, quiet area, parking, big apartments

Cons:

Walls are thin, so you hear a lot, no elevator so don’t bring heavy suitcase, no room service, design of the rooms is questionable (imho)
