Pros:

We stayed for two nights with the full-board option. The room and the property are very clean and well maintained, and the food is good, but the portions are quite small.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere felt cold: no welcome when we arrived, no goodbye when we left, not even a smile from the staff.

During one dinner, we asked for a little more soup and it was refused immediately. The same happened at breakfast when we asked for some jam that wasn’t available on all tables — it was denied until I mentioned I would speak to the manager.

Overall, it’s a clean and well-kept place, but the service lacks warmth and hospitality. If you choose the full-board option, consider bringing some extra food with you, and be aware that the place feels a bit soulless despite its cleanliness.
