Quite and good place to stay
Pros:

Location: the property is located a bit outskirts of main City, so not much noise pollution and super awesome quiet place.
Besides it is located near to Yapane junction, so you can hop on bus and goto trincomalee, jaffna or mannar..

Cons:

Wifi: there is no wifi, however I had Dialog mobile connection but speed was very poor.
Outskirts location: this is not much of issue, but for exploring Anuradhapura or taking private bus or sltb you need to travel to main City around 5km.
Was traveling solo, but if your travelling with family do take into consideration

Excellent, the best variant of you want to visit Anaradhapura
Pros:

The room is very nice, clean and comfortable, a lot of space and also very good bathroom. I like everything , the area around is very cosy and in the morning you can hear how the birds are singing , and the location is quite good !
