Quaint boutique hotel with the most helpful staff
Pros:

The infinity tool is lovely, the staff so helpful and polite, and breakfast is more than enough

Cons:

I actually like the location since it's peaceful and away from the busy areas. However, it is also away from shops and restaurants, so you have no option but to eat in the hotel resto (which closes at 8pm) should you crave for anything at night...

Fabulous boutique hotel with incredible staff
Pros:

Convenient location, beautiful set up, great pool and most importantly- incredible service! Team operating the hotel was incredibly hospitable and nice. Breakfast was delicious with local fruit and generous breakfast

Lovely apartments, beautiful surroundings, responsive and friendly service, and excellent breakfast! We highly recommend this place!

Cons:

The bathroom could be a bit cozier (there was a lot of echo), and the coffee could be improved, but overall everything was good!

Pros:

excellent place. convenient for all travels. service is best. It is such a beautiful property nestled in nature. We had a warm welcome from the staff. the hotel was very busy with large tour groups.

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer. Die Anlage ist schön und mitten in der Natur. Tolles Ambiente
Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend vor allem Keshan ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar schön aber nicht wirklich praktisch. Sehr abseits.

La habitación era muy espaciosa, con un amplio balcón, y la pileta estaba increible. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en Serenity y la atención del personal fue excelente!

Die Unterkunft an sich war wirklich sehr schön und auch der Pool war angenehm.
Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und war unerträglich laut. Dasselbe gilt für den Kühlschrank und den Ventilator.
Von einer ruhigen Nacht kann man nichts sagen.
Außerdem haben wir ewig auf unser Frühstück gewartet. Insgesamt 1h.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls nicht die beste - für all jene die es eher ruhig und abgelegen haben wollen, passt es perfekt.
Man braucht jedoch immer ein TukTuk um in die Stadt zu kommen (10-15 Minuten fahrt). Pickme wird dort fast nicht verwendet.

Vi hade en sån fin vistelse på detta hotell - personalen var så omtänksam och service-minded. Rummet var stort och vi hade en härlig balkong med utsikt över poolen. Barnen älskade poolen! Frukosten var härlig, med massor av frukt. Hotellet ligger lite avsides men det är det värt för att komma bort från de trafikerade vägarna. Det var heller inte särskilt dyrt eller svårt att få tag i tuktuk för att åka till Talpe, Dalawella beach (där vi såg sköldpaddor!) eller Unawatuna.
