Except lift every thing is ok. I can recomand to others
Pros:

it iis like a guest house and it is quit place. enjoyed..

Cons:

we expected lift for second floor. it is difficult to go the second fllor in steps for elders.

Très bon choix pour visiter la région
Pros:

Hôtel au calme, entouré de verdure, en retrait d'une rue passante et trèsbienagencé. . Accueil très sympathique. Très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Fait également restaurant et nous nous sommes régalés. Chambre très propre, changement de serviette tous les jours. Que des compliments à faire, facilement joignable en 10mn de tuk tuk pour la visite des magnifiques grottes de Dambulla ou en bus direct pour Sirigiya, c'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter la région et je ne peux que le recommander.

Every thing is good but no lift. faced some problem with my amily to stay in second floor

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The place is pretty new (~1 year) and run by very enthusiastic and lovely people that are eager to help you with a smile. The breakfast and dinner were of better quality (and quantity) than most restaurants. The room had AC and a celing fan, hot shower, comfy king-size bed. We just walked to Dambulla temples (30 min) and took a tuk-tuk back. Excellent value for money.

Good stay, not too far from the cave temples
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, balcony and a HUGE (and very yummy) breakfast! Also the dinner was excellent - one of the best we ate in Sri Lanka so far. The cave temples are not too far and you can walk there, if you don't mind a stroll. Small shops (for water and such) are within walking distance. Would stay there again.

Cons:

Air in the room was a bit stuffy. The Wifi was abysmally slow, to the point that it felt like no Wifi at all. That's a real problem for a traveller.

Rabindra's review of the Eden Grand Hotel
Pros:

The staff including the reception was very good and friendly, and helpful always. I will recommend it to any leisure, business or family travelers. It's only a few minutes away from the main city of Dambulla, so it's very convenient.

Cons:

They should have a bigger and well lighted sign board at the turn off to the Hotel from the main road. I actually missed the location twice. I very luckily met an employee at a nearby supermarket, who directed me to the Hotel just five minutes away!

El mejor alojamiento que hemos estado en Sri Lanka. Personal muy amable, desayunos muy ricos y contundentes. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, moderna, con terraza y estaba todo muy limpio
