It was a comfortable stay. I am sure once construction is complete, it will be much more pleasant stay. Service was good staff was friendly and courteous
Would have liked to have kettle in the room with tea and coffee options. Toilet window did not have a lock. Also if the option of a fan was available it would have been good
this was best last minute booking i ever made . The place was super clean and Spaciouse;my entire family loved the place. We stayed for two nights . The propaty is under construction i feel it has very bright future and guest gonna love the place with the future change .
hmmmm.... breckfast would have been better with the varity but the dishes they given to us was yummy
Room was clean and spacious. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. Not so far from the ancient city.
Restaurant area was not clean in the morning. There were leftovers on tables and matches from last night on the floor, because this location has a bar also. We booked a breakfast included room but we had to remind them we booked "breakfast included" and they charged for it separately on checkout.
The room is huge and very comfortable!

Hot water was not that hot but when it’s 38° outside, does that really matter
Huge rooms, very modern and done to good spec. Massive bathrooms with the best shower we had in Sri Lanka. Air conditioning, and really helpful and lovely staff.

Our stay at Hotel Anaulundawa was exceptional, with special mention to the outstanding service by Nimal. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delightful, featuring excellent fruit choices. Ample parking space and a tranquil location added to the overall charm. Highly recommend!

we enjoyed couple of comfy nights out there and the friendly staff helped us a lot in our customized schedules for the stay. Food was superb and worthy and they would cook for us at anytime on our request. Room was super Clean and tidy. Located very close to the ancient city.
