Ich würde nicht wiederkommen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt nah am Eingang des Wilpattu Nationalparks . Das nächste Dorf ist circa 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, der nächstgrößere Ort mit Restaurants circa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Das bringt einen in die Situation, dass man vor Ort essen muss.
Es gibt 4-5 verschiedene Optionen für Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner. Diese sind zu finden auf einer Speisekarte, die auf Nachfrage gezeigt wird. Das war die einzige Speisekarte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes, die keine Preise enthielt.
Wir hatten während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthaltes einmal Frühstück und einmal Dinner. Das angebotene Essen war mit grossem Abstand das schlechteste was wir in gut 3 Wochen Sri Lanka bekommen haben.
Wir ernähren uns alle vegetarisch und alleine das zu besprechen war nicht einfach, weil die Mitarbeiter kaum Englisch sprechen.
Das angebotene Daal schmeckte nach Fleisch, ebenso das Spiegelei zum Frühstück genauso wie eine Gemüsesuppe. Ich nehme an, diese Speisen wurden im selben Fett zubereitet, wie die nicht vegetarischen Speisen.
Unabhängig davon war quasi nichts gewürzt und wir haben uns am zweiten Tag lieber von Obst und im Dorf gekauften Tütensuppen ernährt. Man kann vor Ort lediglich Wasser kaufen, frische Säfte oder ähnliches gab es nicht.
Die Preise für das angebotene Essen sind unangemessen hoch. Da es vor Ort nichts anderes gibt, ist man darauf angewiesen. In diesem Punkt hat das Hotel deutlichen Nachholbedarf.

Pros:

La struttura è situata molto vicino al safari. Nel complesso la struttura è grande e arredata bene.
Lo staff era molto gentile, prima del Safari ci hanno offerto un succo. I cagnolini della struttura sono bellissimi e molto educati.

Cons:

Durante la cena le persone dello staff non parlavano inglese, quindi è stato un po’ difficile comunicare.
Il cibo non era molto buono

Comfortable but needs improvement
Pros:

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Large grounds with monkeys and birds visiting the garden. Simple but tasty Sri Lankan food.

Cons:

We had 2 deluxe rooms. The bathroom in one room had a pretty bad odour like stagnant water. The second room was full of furniture and looked like it was being used as a store. The hot water and aircon didn’t work and we asked to be moved. The second room was much better. The food was very simple Sri Lankan food which was fine but way overpriced. A swimming pool would be a welcome addition.

Pros:

The room was great - exactly what we wanted. The manager provided us with a wifi booster to amplify the signal in the room (without us asking for that). The food was good and the staff friendly.

Cons:

Their 'marketing' does not do them any favours. There is a great big dormitory in the photos - and you wonder whether you will be staying there. It seems that it is rarely used (and then only for youth etc. groups). Dinner is served in a space below the dormitory - it could do with a bit of decorating. A few simple things could turn it into an appealing venue for dinner. As it was, it felt like dinner in a multi-storey car park.

Beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful property & monkeys in trees. Dinner at property was good and hotel room spotless.

Cons:

When we were having dinner a group arrived and Staff had seemed a party when we went to bed below us and could hear them in the room . When came downstairs in the morning bottles
Of liquor left on the floor .
We asked if they could wake us up if the elephants came and this didn’t happen but we heard the flares and alarm.
