L’ajout d’une table extérieure avec des chaises (au lieu de tabourets inconfortables) pour les repas à l’extérieur. Le logement est pour 5 personnes, alors qu’il n’y a que deux transats, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé puisque nous étions un couple.

Newly built, excellent location. Loved having the beach right there and sleeping with the ocean breeze.
This is one of those accommodations where you won't want to leave. The location is incredible. Our children were able to play on the beach and in the sea, and we could see them at all times from the terrace. The accommodation is very modern and has plenty of space. It's clean and is cleaned every day. My children, my wife, and I would definitely give this accommodation and the location more than 10 points if possible. The location is perfect. Right on the beach but only a 2-minute walk to the center.

Stunning Views and walkable to restaurants
Unfortunately, we had a bit of an issue with bugs during our stay. Thankfully they were willing to move us to another location down the beach. The place has amazing views, but you should note there is no AC downstairs, only upstairs. The place could have been cleaner during our stay, but hopefully it is a one off experience. We appreciate them working with us to make the situation better.

Absolutely fantastic apartment - beachfront with private terrace with sun loungers, practically on the beach.
They allowed us early check in and the last day we could leave the luggages in their other property nearby, so we swim on the beach till the last moment as they provide us the towels too, perfect service!
Breakfast great. View lovely. Staff excellent. Noise problem. I must commend Mi Playas staff. Problems were addressed within their remit and capability eg. when I reported cockroaches, I was bought a spray to deal with them. When fans stopped working, a stand-alone fan was brought, one was fixed via the power point, the other needed an unavailable replacement part. When I told them it was impossible to use any electronics from the kitchen table and sofa, an extension cord was brought upon my request. All within 24 hours.
Logistics are a constant in an island environment, however ultimately the owners/management are responsible to ensure things run smoothly.
I did enjoy most elements of my stay, but there are serious issues that need addressing by the owners/management.
1. The property needs a comprehensive overhaul and up-date. eg. fixtures and fittings need replacing, usable power points are non-existent, switches are unreachable... the snagging/repair list is extensive.
2. Cockroaches in a kitchen and bedroom are unacceptable. Totally.
3. Noise. To be woken every night and disturbed throughout the day by the water pump filling after using any water facility in the whole property ie. shower, lavatory, sinks, is unacceptable. Totally.
4. The neighbour's daughter daily uses the front of each apartment as a cut-through. She walks straight over the wooden decking within a few feet of occupied sun-loungers with a cocky, arrogant, youngsters grin. She and her parents have been repeatedly asked to stop this intrusion to no avail, by management, myself, and my French neighbours.
For the money paid, the lack of sleep, and the daily issues that needed to be attended to, the property was vastly overpriced for a sole client.
