Terrible with a good pool
Pros:

The swimming pool was great. The rest shit!

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned en beds not made up. Your toiletries were placed outside the room. There was no breakfast and you were sent to the 7/11 to buy one. The only good thing was the pool. This resort should be closed.

Decent resort
Pros:

Clean, big room. Location good: Close to restaurants, Good facilities

Cons:

The Standard double rooms are duplexes with the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs This is not made clear anywhere.

My wife has a broken arm and my friend has a bad knee. We asked to change the rooms but was told that this would cost an extra 500 baht per room. I don't ever expect an upgrade but, given the circumstances and the fact that only one other room was occupied, I don't think that it would have hurt them to move us into a bungalow.
