Very comfortable. soft bed and all facilities are minimum and comoact. you will find a laundry shop next to the main building and it cost 9000₫ per 1kg.
It's during the week before the chinese new year celebrations, so in case you won't like noises, be sure that the wall is a bit thin which is standard here.

The room is a standard hotel room yet at a very affordable price. I'm content with my stay. The bed is comfortable and the AC is working fine. The water is also running perfectly. Though this is far away from the city center, you can easily hail grab car/motorbike.
They can improve in the cleanliness of the room as many cobwebs are seen in the corners of the room. And the floor has accumulated dirt.

The location was great because it was a short 20 minute walk from where our 20 hour bus dropped us off (but not at all central, they even offered to cancel our stay free of charge based on this information). Loved that reception let us check in early at 8am instead of 2pm! Good size TV at least but with limited English movie selection. The reception was friendly, and loved the LED purple light in the room
No kettle in room, quite a small size room but decent for 1 night sleep (I slept 10 hours). Bathroom didn't smell great. Our Tivi mate hdmi unfortunately didn't fit into the TV based on the design but that's not their fault
