Room is fancy-ish
Location is terrible, at least for tourists. Also the staff is okay but seemed quickly annoyed when I tried to ask some basic questions, also they do not speak English at all. The photos make it look fancy, but it seems like they only made some parts of the building look fancy just for the photos. The room also wasn't that clean, found remaining hairs and stuff, and also toilet was leaking. Not a good experience overall.

Very comfortable. soft bed and all facilities are minimum and comoact. you will find a laundry shop next to the main building and it cost 9000₫ per 1kg.
It's during the week before the chinese new year celebrations, so in case you won't like noises, be sure that the wall is a bit thin which is standard here.
