“Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata per la scarsa professionalità e la totale mancanza di attenzione verso i clienti.”
Pros:

Esperienza terribile. Al nostro arrivo, verso le 21:00, il gestore si è rifiutato di accoglierci sostenendo di non trovare la prenotazione e affermando di non avere tempo, perché impegnato in una festa. Siamo stati costretti ad allontanarci e a ritornare dopo cena, intorno a mezzanotte.
Al nostro rientro siamo stati trattati in modo scortese e poco professionale. La stanza, inoltre, non era nemmeno pronta per accogliere degli ospiti. Come ulteriore aggravante, il gestore si è rifiutato di emettere la fattura richiesta.

Un’esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata.

Il problema è il titolare

Il proprietario è stato molto scortese senza motivazione ancora al nostro arrivo per il check in.
Inoltre con modo ancor piu scortese ci ha detto di non far salire il cane assolutamente sul letto quando sulla descrizione della struttura era scritto PETFRIENDLY e nella richiesta speciale avevamo specificato appunto di avere un cane(richiesta apparentemente accettata sulla piattaforma)
L'orario del check out era alle 11.00 ma senza bussare ne accertarsi che fossimo ancora in camera le signore delle pulizie alle 9.15 avevano già cercato di entrare in camera e menomale la porta era chiusa da noi con la chiave
E al nostro check out, riconsegnando le chiavi il proprietario, continuando con il suo modo scortese non ci ha ne chiesto scusa per il suo rispondere male in maniera immotivata ne ha alzato lo sguardo per almeno un minimo cenno di saluto.
Pagare per dormire una notte ed essere trattate in malo modo non lo auguro a nessuno
Assolutamente non lo consiglio e consiglio al titolare di cambiare lavoro perché non ha un minimo di decenza nel contatto col cliente
Peccato perché eravamo in visita da amici che conoscevano in passato il locale e abitano a 5 minuti di distanza e ce lo avevano consigliato
Anche loro ovviamente sbalorditi da tale esperienza

Pros:

Carinissimo hotel immerso nella natura, a poca distanza dal lago, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, colazione abbondante e la camera era veramente enorme. Struttura che ammette animali. Ho provato anche il ristorante che offre tanti tipi di risotto e piatti tipici, consiglio il tris di risotti per assaggiare più piatti.

Alcune cosette qua e la si vede che sono datate nella struttura, ad esempio il phon da parete si staccava, ma nessun problema importante ecco
