Very Quiet and walking distance to most things.

Cons:

There was no air conditioner, as we visited in the summer. But it was not bad with the window open in the night for sleeping and not loud from the street. We were on the top floor. Which we liked, but required walking 3 flights of stairs. Totally fine for us, but warning for those with issues regarding that.
