Für 1 Nacht ok. Preis-Leistung passt nicht.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr persönlich. Die Lage am See ist unschlagbar, insbesondere wenn Abends der Trubel endet. Die Lounge und der Speisesaal sind von der Inneneinrichtung schön. Hotelparkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer superschlicht und die Balkontür nicht abschließbar. Nur ein Miniaufzug, der immer besetzt war. Das Abendessen, was in vielen Bewertungen gelobt wird, hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Das Vorspeisenbuffet war für die große Anzahl der Gäste eher mager und etwas einfältig. Auch die servierten Gänge waren eher lieblos. Ebenso lies das Frühstücksbuffet zu wünschen übrig. Trockenes, festes Rührei im Warmhaltebehälter, gekochte Eier eiskalt aus dem Kühlschrank, kein frisches Obst, Brotauswahl auch sehr mäßig, Käse und Schinken für Italien eher schlechte Qualität. Für Landeskategorie gerade noch ok. Das Servicepersonal wirkte eher lustlos oder war aufgrund der Hochsaison einfach am Anschlag.

הדבר הטוב והיחיד במלון הזה הוא הנוף לאגם מהמרפסת. אבל לא צריך לשהות במלון בשביל זה. טיול יומי לאגם מספיק בהחלט.

אין מזגן בחדר, אין מקרר ומגהץ. wi fi לא עובד
המלון ישן. הרצפות והדלתות חורקות כך ששומעים כל מה שהמתרחש בחדר הסמוך ובמסדרון
.ביום לפני אחרון לא באו לסדר חדר ולהחליף מגבות
בערב מפחיד לצאת החוצה, מאוד חשוך ואין שום דבר מסביב. אם אין לכם רכב קשה להגיע לאטרקציות מרכזיות באיזור, צריך לקחת אוטובוסים עם החלפה
קחו בחשבון שבארוחת ערב מלון מחייב 4 יורו עבור בקבוק מים שבחוץ הוא עולה 2 יורו ושאר השתיה גם בתשלום. וזה לא רשום לא באתר של המלון ולא בבוקינג שדרכו הזמנו. בכל המלונות שארוחת ערב כלולה לא גובעים כסף עבור דברים בסיסים האלה שמלון חייב לספק. אז למה בבוקר לא מחייבים עבור אותה שתיה אם כבר?!
ארוחת ערב מגוונת אבל לא טעימה אפילו להסתכל עליה לא היה נעים
יום אחד אפילו לא ירדנו לארוחת ערב, אבל למלון זה לא הפריע לחייב את השולחן שלנו על 2 בקבוקי יין, מים ומיצים. מאוד הופתענו לראות בציק אאוט חשבון מנופח בדברים שלא הזמנו. בנוסף להכל פקיד ניסע לחייב אותנו בפעם שניה על שהייה ששילמנו מראש
טוב שעצרנו אותו בזמן ולא קיבלנו התנצלות אפילו. הוא ראה שענו עסוקים עם נהג מונית ורצה לנצל את זה כנראה. עדיין לא קיבלנו החזר כספי על שתיה שחוייבה ביתר
לא מומלץ בכלל! במיוחד שיש הרבה אופציות אחרות מסביב!

Pros:

Отель просто шикарный. Вид из номера, который точно запомнится на всю жизнь! Сервис на высоком уровне. В ресторане отличные завтраки и ужины. Выбор огромный. Огромное преимущество проживания, что можно насладиться видами без толп туристов . Сервис и персонал идеальный.

Nessuno del personale che ti aiuta con le valige o che ti accompagna alla camera.
camera diverse da quelle in foto e veramente mal tenute. Terrazzo da riverniciare. Scalino in legno tra camera e anticamera rotto. 2 lavandini che non scaricano.
Cena buffet deludente con nemmeno un piatto tipico. Tante patate e tante verdure.
Carne cruda. Pesce non l.ho provato visto che abito sul mare.
Personale di sala non all altezza del posto. Non sanno aprire le bottiglie di vino!
Sinceramente visto il costo ci si aspetta molto molto di piu.
Ma tanto dato che è in riva ad una bellezza naturale che ti lascia senza fiato continueranno a lavorare ed ad approffitarsene. Una trappola per turisti

Braies da sogno
Pros:

Struttura originale situata proprio davanti al lago di Braies. Ampio parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte all’hotel. Gli interni non sono moderni ma in vecchio stile. Vista pazzesca proprio davanti al lago! Colazione ottima. Cena ottima con piatti gourmet. Ogni pomeriggio organizzano qualcosa per gli ospiti. Personale molto gentile e simpatico.

Se proprio devo trovare due pecche:

Nel bagno la vasca da bagno piuttosto vecchia e altissima con tenda… molto scomoda!

Nelle sale da pranzo è richiesto un certo dress code (no shorts, no ciabatte, no copricapo) che noi abbiamo sempre rispettato a costo di cambiarci più volte. purtroppo però tante persone a colazione non lo rispettavano e nessuno diceva nulla.. questa cosa non ci è piaciuta!!

Nem akartam haza jönni , annyira magával ragadott!!!
Pros:

A legszebb hely ahol valaha megszálltam, ez egy álom !!! Annyira de annyira gyönyörű, ne sajnálj kicsit többet költeni a tóra néző szobára, megéri, elképesztő kilátás!! Biztos, hogy visszatérünk! Nagyon kedves személyzet, finom ételek, tisztaság!
10/10!!!! Szerelem hely!

Pros:

Best location possible. The room with balcony, with lake view, is totally worth it!! We booked with breakfast and dinner included, and the food overcame our expectations. Great staff. Nice common areas (bars, restaurants, garden).

Cons:

No frigobar at the room. 1 of the 2 matresses was not 100%. No gym.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, inmitten von Bergen und dem See.
Leider ist von Ruhe und Entspannung wie vorab angekündigt n i c h t s zu merken.
Der See wird von ca 05.30 Uhr bis 22 Uhr von Menschenmassen mit z.Teil sehr lautstarken Hunden regelrecht bevölkert.
An eine Nachtruhe bei offenem Fenster ist da nicht zu denken - leider -!!
Wer in seinem Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier trotz der sehr netten Inhaber nicht am richtigen Ort.

Si vous cherchez un lieu authentique dans un espace naturel exceptionnel, vous êtes au bon endroit.
Pros:

La demi pension diner (nourriture italienne variée antipasti primer secundi dessert) et petits déjeuners exceptionnels, emplacement extraordinaire et parking inclus. Le personnel juste adorable. Le lieu préservé dans son autenticité originelle. Les collations gratuites juste énormes. La vue depuis ma chambre. Les espaces communs agréables et magnifiques. Les fleurs.
