Pros:

Wonderful location, could not imagine anything more beautiful and relaxing than this spot! In each season it is amazing and unique with lots of activity possibilities. The staff is wonderful too, they know exactly what hospitality means on the high ends whilst maintaining an air of warm familiarity. The rooms are spotless with breathtaking view and historic ambiance. Their gastronomy is top as well. A must visit!

Tutto. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Massima accoglienza. Stanze e hotel pulito. Buffet ricchissimo, c'era di tutto, dal dolce al salato. Staff per cena e colazione super accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente.

If you're a skier or snowboarder a close resort called Kronplatz is awesome.
Pros:

The amazing location, nestled in the Italian Dolomites! Vintage 1899 hotel with exceptional staff.
I would recommend to anyone who appreciates the snowcapped mountains.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

An Amazing Place to Stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 days in Feb and it was incredible. First of all the location is absolutely amazing. Really pretty, amazing hikes / snowshoe trails right from the hotel, and very peaceful. We optioned to get dinners with our stay as well and it was 1000% worth it. Incredibly delicious and an amazing menu every night. I really hope to stay here again. Also Lilly the newfie is the best door greeter ever!

Cons:

The pillows on the beds were pretty hard / lumpy. But really a minor complaint, I was able to sleep fine.

Un buen hotel frente al lago
Pros:

Las vistas al lago, congelado pero muy buenas vistas!

Cons:

La mala educación de Marco, personal de comedor! El nombre lo sé porque lo vi en su chapa.. Nos trató con muy poco respeto por no saber su idioma, nosotros fuimos con educación y el nos trató mal y encima con voz elevada y se enteraron los huéspedes que estaban desayunando y nos dio un poco de vergüenza , muy mal por su parte… el resto del personal super amable y muy atentos.
