Altes Hotel an bester Lage, gastronomisch besteht Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Na ja besser kann man am Pragser Wildsee nicht wohnen.
Nettes altes Traditionshotel, super Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen ist leider nicht das wahre, besonders störend das alles nur lauwarm bis kalt am Gast ankommt.

La struttura è un hotel storico che affaccia sulle sponde del lago di Braies. Ha conservato molto delle sale originali e al suo interno si respira l’aria di un secolo fa. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non era particolare, piccolina, con niente di storico (tranne le porte) e con un arredamento moderno e poco ricercato, ma la vista… la vista ha offuscato ogni altra cosa. Affacciava direttamente sul lago regalandoci uno scorcio che non tutti possono dire di avere. È stata una sorpresa meravigliosa. Abbiamo inoltre soggiornato con la mezza pensione: la cena (con dress code - pantalone lungo, scarpe chiuse etc) è stata fenomenale. Cibo eccezionale, staff attento, educato, assolutamente professionale. Colazione assolutamente deliziosa! Ma il top del top sono i servizi: il parcheggio interno è gratuito anche per la giornata del check-out, così da poter godere ancora del lago e delle Dolomiti che lo incorniciano. È poi possibile utilizzare i loro servizi prima di partire. Vogliamo assolutamente tornare!

Great room with a very good restaurant and very friendly staff

The location directly on the lake

Cons:

Too far from the village and there is no dedicated sidewalk to take a walk to the village you need to use the bus. The bus service itself is not that complicated. You tell the driver where is your destination and you pay.
