Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They did not speak any English, though they were very patient with our minimal Italian and our Google translations. I couldn't fault the staff in any way, shape or form and helped us with everything we needed. The entire hotel was incredibly clean. It was a 5 minute walk from the nicest beach I have ever seen, and just a 20 minute walk from La Prima Estate festival.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work in our room. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores near the hotel, though there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The closest shop is Esselunga, which is near La Prima Estate festival site

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, everything was clean and everyone was helpful. Great for a bed and breakfast feel. It's not modern, and be prepared to possibly interact with other guests. This was something I enjoyed about the hotel, however.
