Starší pokoj, opotřebovaný, dosti malý. Ale na jedno přespání postačující. Blízko k pláži. Parkování na pozemku hotelu za 20 Eur na den.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicino dei negozi di prima necessità e vicino alla spiaggia.

Cons:

Area condizionata non funzionante, parcheggio privato a pagamento e collazione non inclusa, per 70,00€ al giorno senza avere né meno la collazione è un po' troppo in vista dell'hotel che siamo stati precedentemente che abbiano pagato 50,00€ e aveva anche la collazione inclusa e area condizionata funzionante.

Ho passato una sola notte in questo hotel non per una vacanza quindi il mio giudizio non può essere completo. Hotel carino vicino alla spiaggia, stanza un po' minuscola ma con tutto il necessario per un tre stelle della riviera romagnola. Buona la pulizia e ambiente silenzioso. Qualche trascuratezza in bagno dove sulle pareti vi era ancora traccia di colla della ristrutturazione e il lavandino non scaricava bene. Sono meravigliato di alcune recensioni pesantemente negative che avevo letto anche considerando che la notte è costata meno di una pizza per due.

PULITO / STRUTTURA BASICA
Pros:

Hotel basico , vicinissimo al porto canale di Cervia .dimensione della stanza che mi hanno dato era oltre alle mie aspettative. l'albergo era pulito il personale abbastanza neutro , struttura basica nella sua categoria aveva un buon livello di polizia.

Abbiamo prenotato 8 camere (4 doppie e 4 triple) e ce ne sono state consegnate solo 5 (1 doppia e 4 triple), la ragazza alla reception è stata maleducata e disonesta, in quanto continuava a sostenere che noi avevamo prenotato per 14 persone e che se loro avevano deciso di darci 5 camere invece di 8 era corretto in quanto queste 5 contenevano 14 posti letto. Ovviamente non funziona così. Abbiamo chiesto di farci vedere la sua prenotazione da Booking che, a detta sua, conteneva solo il numero di ospiti e non la scelta delle camere, ma ovviamente ci è stata negata. Nessun rimborso ci è stato concesso e due di noi sono dovuti tornare a casa.
