Pésima Experiencia

Pésima experiencia, en la noche que nos hospedamos otros inquilinos llevaron música en vivo a las 2:00 am y siguieron con la música hasta las 6:00 de la mañana el hotel sabía de esto y no nos dijo nada y lo permitieron , solicitamos que nos reembolsaran la noche y accedieron, se suponía que en 15 día me reembolsarian y pasaron 30 días y no tuve respuesta, hablé con ellos y solo me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, arruinaron mi estancia en el hotel porque ellos participaron de esto y no buscaron una manera real de reparar el daño, ya que vivo muy lejos de Parras como para volver seguido,
Los cuartos son lindos, pero las paredes son muy delgadas se escucha todo lo que pasa en otras habitaciones y esto me lo comentaron otros huéspedes.

Nice hotel to stay in Parras, if you want peace and quiet.
Pros:

The place is amazing, really beautiful and very well kept. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff at the restaurant are very polite and give a lot of recommendations, as they are very knowledgeable about the area, wine and places to go. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

The hotel is not in the centre, so only accessible by car. The area is a bit run down but safe.
We were extremely upset, as we checked out on time but, because we stayed at the restaurant for 2h, the lady in reception wanted to charge us another day. Not a very pleasant farewell of such a nice stay.

I had an excellent stay. The pricing was very reasonable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made the room feel inviting and cozy. The hotel itself was quite pretty, with a relaxed atmosphere that really contributed to a peaceful stay.
