Such a disappointment. Never a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The room was generally clean

Cons:

No air conditioning, no tea or coffee facilities, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was small and cramped, especially the bathroom. There was no bedside table, just a really low and a really high shelf. The lack of air flow in the room made the bathroom smell damp, as the water didn't dry quickly. The breakfast was very poor, both in options and taste. The spa, that was supposed to be it's main selling point, was basically just a public pool, not spa like at all. At the spa, you got given something akin to a bed sheet, not a towel. The staff were nice enough, but we got woken up at 8am to ask if we wanted our bins emptied. To say this hotel was a huge disappointment is an understatement, especially for a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location. Very few minutes walk to the Colonnade where as many as eight different types of healing water are available for drinking and where an outdoor chamber orchestra plays every day next to the Colonnade. Also the bus station is pretty close to the hotel.
You can enjoy a stroll in the nice park or many hiking trails in the forest surrounding the hotel. The air quality in that area is fantastic!
The hotel staff is very cheeful and helpful.
We enjoyed tasty breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant.
We liked the hotel's wellness with its gym, nice wet and dry saunas and the recreation room next to them.
We consider visiting Bardejovske Kupele again. And the hotel Alexander will certainly be our choice there.

Cons:

There were issues with the Wi-Fi connection in our room.

Pros:

excellent breakfast, lovely location, beautiful surroundings, good for health

Cons:

Too small rooms, no place to move around in the room, and not convenient times for dinner. The time designated for breakfast excluded the possibility to use wellness in the morning

A very comfortable state in the convenient and quiet location. The staff is very helpful and friendly to let me check in
Pros:

The friendly and helpful reception staff, great location in five- minute walk from the bus station, quiet, clean room with beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The spa center is quite basic.
