The pool is a little disconnected from the hotel and could do with some drinks service.

The building is most elegant with beautiful rooms . The staff are delightful and the atmosphere very serene. The restaurant is outstanding.
We thought the swimming pool was a little
small and its surroundings were scruffy. It’s a shame that the grounds are not larger. The area nearby is modern and ugly though there are some beautiful medieval villages to visit
The building and the grounds were beautiful - sympathetically modernised, blending sophisticated elegance with some more rustic touches. We very much liked our bedroom and the food was particularly good - bold and inventive, and good value for a Relais et Chateaux hotel.
The service was friendly but at times it seemed as though there weren't quite enough staff - or perhaps a lack of experience in some colleagues, although all were helpful.
