W pokoju były mrówki, z basenu była spuszczona woda (na 2h przed zamknięciem), w jacuzzi była brudna woda, brak świeżej wody do picia ani w pokoju, ani na śniadaniu. Na śniadaniu była słodka woda smakowa i soki

The check in was from 16 to 21 , but I received a message that I must do it before 20:30 because the reception is closed after.
It was not very clean.

Bliskość torów kolejowych. Może to doskwierać chociaż przy zamkniętych oknach bardzo nie słychać.

Habe ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht. Doch der Pool war am ersten Tag halb voll und am zweiten Tag leer !
Der TV im Zimmer war etwas größer als mein IPad und hatte 12 Ungarische Sender.
Frühstück gab es erst ab 09:00 Uhr.
Die Spiegeleier waren kalt und der Rest ……
Am Abreisetag verzichteten wir aufs Frühstück.
Hinter dem Hotel führt die Bahnlinie vorbei.
Also, alles was man so braucht.

We did not stay at this hotel because the receptionist called me at around 8:20 p.m. to ask when we would arrive. I explained that we were travelling from Budapest and were approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away, meaning that we would arrive at around 9:45 p.m.

She informed me that the reception/check-in was only available until 9:00 p.m. and that, because we would arrive later, we could not stay at the hotel. She advised us to find another place to stay that night and suggested that they might be able to offer us accommodation for the following day instead.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that, if the hotel knew that the reception closed at 9:00 p.m., why did they wait until 8:20 p.m. to contact us? Had they informed us earlier, we would have had enough time to make alternative arrangements without being left in such a difficult situation.

We later received an email informing us that the manager had also declined to accommodate us the following day. I requested to speak directly with the manager to explain our situation, but I was told that the manager refused to speak with us.

As a result, we had to urgently find a new apartment for ourselves and our children, not only for that night but also for the following day. This caused us considerable stress, inconvenience, and additional expense.

Despite the fact that we were unable to stay because the hotel refused our late arrival, our booking was not refunded. We were told that the booking was non-refundable and that it was considered our fault for not arriving before the check-in deadline.

We find this extremely unfair and unacceptable. We had informed the hotel of our expected arrival time as soon as the receptionist contacted us. If the hotel had communicated its check-in policy earlier, we could have planned accordingly. Instead, we were left to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, with our children, while also losing the full amount we had paid for the booking.

Niets viel tegen, alles was ok

Po przyjeździe przywitała nas recepcjonistka a za nią poobijany facet z mocno nieprzyjazną miną , ktorego wyraźnie rozbawiło moje nazwisko.Łóżko skrzypiało tak jakby miało sto lat.Aby tego było mało nad łóżkiem poprowadzono rurę idpływową,słychać plusk po każdym spuszczeniu wody w pionie.
Za hotelem doskonale słychać było wszystkie przejeżdżające pociągi, słowem marzenie. Po nie przespanej nocy kawa nie do wypicia czyli bosko!!!

A személyzet. Volt pár nagyobb értékű kerékpár, amit mindenhol bevihetünk a szállásra, szobába. Sehol nem szokott ebből probléma lenni. Este is megengedte a recepciós hölgy. (Amit aztán másnap a telefonban letagadott, szóval elvileg mi hazudtunk :))Reggel jött egy úriember (aki a nevét persze nem volt hajlandó elárulni), minősíthetetlen stílusban elkezdett üvöltözni velünk, állítólag mi rongáltuk meg a falát. Szerencsére volt vele egy hölgy, akivel normális hangnemben tudtam beszélni, elnézést kért és mondta, hogy feszült az emberünk. Sehol nem jártunk még így se a Balatonnál, se máshol, pedig bicajozunk régóta és sokat. Azóta sem értem ezt az egész helyzetet, de legközelebb másnak adjuk a pénzünket, nekik ezek szerint nem kell.
