Sehr schön, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, die Anbindung ans Skigebiet ûber den Bus problemlos und gut organisiert, das Essen aussergewöhnlich gut und das Personal freundlich. Es gab einen Spieleraum mit Tischkicker und Airhockey.

Cons:

Der neue Wellnessbereich ist nicht für Kinder unter 14 Jahren und konnte somit nicht von uns genutzt werden. Der alte Bereich mit Pool im Keller war okay aber eben nicht so hell und einladend wie die Bilder suggeriert haben.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, inklusive Begleitung zum Zimmer und Erklärung der hauseigenen Einrichtungen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, das alle Ansprüche übertroffen hat. Das abendliche Fünfgängemenü war jeden Abend ein Highlight. Geschmack und die Art anzurichten waren eine Freude. Der Speisesaal ist wie die Zimmer sehr solide eingerichtet. Die Spa-Einrichtungen waren jederzeit zu den angegebenen Zeiten nutzbar. Für uns war es ein richtiger Wohlfühlurlaub und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Albergo fantastico. Staff molto gentile e simpatico.
La spa è molto bella e lo staff dei massaggi sono professionali e gentili.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel! Hervorragende Küche und Service! Nach Massage und Spabereich fühlt man sich erholt und entspannt :)

Cons:

Das Fenster zwischen Wohnbereich und Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig... Vorschlag: Plissee-Rollos als Sichtschutz!

Das ganze Ambiente und speziell auch das Nachtessen (Halbpension) war super.

Cons:

Ev Öffnungszeiten der Wellnesseinrichtungen könnten etwas ausgedehnter sein; das würde noch etwas mehr Flexibilität bringen
