Gentilissimi, ottima colazione, camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Sciacquone poco efficiente e che tende a fare rumore di acqua nel muro se non si tira il pulsante indietro, luce specchio bagno rotta. Ma nel complesso piccole cose.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura recentemente e ho apprezzato molto la sua posizione strategica, davvero comoda per chi, come noi, doveva raggiungere Leolandia in pochi minuti. Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente la cortesia del personale, sempre gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

Ci sono stati dei disagi che hanno condizionato la mia esperienza.
​Purtroppo la pulizia della camera non mi è sembrata impeccabile e meriterebbe una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. Inoltre, ho trovato i letti piuttosto scomodi, il che ha reso il riposo notturno un po' difficile. Infine, ho sofferto il caldo per la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, un elemento che avrebbe fatto la differenza per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole.
​Spero che queste osservazioni possano essere utili alla gestione per migliorare il servizio, perché la struttura ha dei punti a favore ma pecca su questi aspetti fondamentali per il comfort dell'ospite.

Hotel confortevole, ristorante top
Pros:

Tutto impeccabile, sia per chi viaggia con famiglia, sia per lavoro. Punto forte il ristorante con accostamenti davvero ricercati. Lo staff ci ha seguito con attenzione e gentilezza.
