Pros:

Convenient location, friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

Can’t turn off AC. No kettle in the room. Blanket has lumps. Very uncomfortable bed. After taking a shower I stepped out to a puddle of water. The doors from other rooms closed very loudly and I can hear it every time. Doors are very close together.

Está bien pero no extraordinario
Pros:

Es bastante nuevo y al lado de Centrale.

Cons:

Las luces de la habitación son pésimas, y no hay visillos en las ventanas por lo que tienes que tener las cortinas todo el tiempo haciendo la habitación muy oscura.

Il personale con cui ho interagito è stato gentile e professionale e la colazione davvero ottima

Clean room in very close proximity to train station.
Pros:

Having stayed in a couple of other hotels in close proximity to the station, this was the best so far! Excellent location, really friendly staff and very clean & comfortable room.

Ottima posizione, appena fuori dalla stazione centrale di Milano, stanza piuttosto piccola ma confortevole, non abbiamo provato la colazione.
