Excellent Location! Walking distance to. Central Station and all the amenities.

Cons:

The staff on our arrival day was unfriendly with zero empathy. We requested if we could check in early but was denied. We walked around came back inside due to excessive heat and witnessed other customers checking in ! The guy at the reception told us to pay 20euro for each hour prior to check-in time.

Perfect Hotel for a short trip to explore Milan and area around.

Pros:

Perfect location, friendly staff, big and spacious room, big plus for a really comfortable beds.

Cons:

No slippers or bathrobes available in the room, also no kettle in the room, for a 4star hotel, that should be included.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια, δίπλα στο σταθμό του τρένου. Τα δωμάτια μοντέρνα και με καλό κλιματισμό.

Cons:

I am not returning.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the subway station, and the train station is just a short 300-meter walk away.

Cons:

The room was not comfortable at all. We ordered a room with one twin bed and one queen bed. But instead, we received a rollaway bed. Also, nobody helped us with our suitcases. There is nothing free at the hotel; we even had to pay for the water. And one of the reception workers asked me to leave reception when I was just minding my business there. Also, the other day, nobody came to clean our room even though we specifically asked for it.
