Cons:

But the bathroom was smelling like sewer. We requested staff to change our room but they didn’t agree to it

While they acknowledged the issue, they sent someone to just spray room freshener instead.

Great location
Pros:

Location was so so convinient! It is less than 5 min away from the central station, the neighborhood felt safe, metro station right in front of the hotel exit. Nearby there were great restaurants, coffee spots, minimarkets. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day. The bed was super comfy as well. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

Extremely noise - feels like your window is open when it's not and you here everything outside. Breakfast is quite expensive. There was no complimentary water in the room which is strange for a 4-star hotel. The room and curtains were super dark adn gave a strange atmosphere. An additional trash can is needed in the room.

El personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación. Si tienes alergia a los ácaros del polvo no reserves ya que estaba sin limpiar. La cama a mi gusto no es buena ya que es demasiado blanda, pero entiendo que eso va en el confort de cada persona

Ótimo hotel, achei bem localizado, muito perto da estação central. Também há vários restaurantes na região, além de mercado e farmácia. Wi-fi é bom e o café da manhã bem gostoso.
