Detalhes muito ruins!

Cortesia recepção e localização

Cons:

Chuveiro não mantinha regulagem da temperatura, muito ruim! Sensor de presença no banheiro, no meio do banho, apagava tudo, ruim. 5 dias de hospedagem, sem troca dos lençóis! Não merece as 4 estrelas, e nem poderia cobrar o que cobra.

Staff bastante simpático e disponível;
Localização - 3min da estação central

Cons:

Porta do chuveiro mal isolada. Saía água para todo o lado. A casa de banho ficava uma poça.
Quarto mal limpo. Bastante pó debaixo da cama e pés da cama cheios de manchas e gordura.
Entrada do hotel parece que a obra ficou a meio.

The hotel is the ideal train station spot. Comfortable, well designed, across the street from Milano-Centrale. The breakfast is great and the rooms were well designed. If you want a no regrets spot by the airport, this is a sure bet.
