Great modern interior design, everything fresh and new, close to railway station
room temperature a bit cool for time of year, Feb.
Great location for the central train station, polite staff and good price for Milan, though I booked months in advance. Comfotable bed and the room was a good size. Tinted glass on the windows effective in keeping the room dark. The hotel was generally very quiet. One the whole it was a great hotel, just a few things to be aware of.
No tea or coffee available in the room, no controllable temperature (hotel details say it is). The thermostat said that the temperature couldn't be changed and was centrally controlled. Thing was, it was at 23.5⁰C when we arrived. We had to open the window to cool the room. To be fair, although it never read below 20⁰C, it never felt that hot after the first night The shower door had a seal that wasn't long enough to stop water getting out so after a shower water was puddled so much so that it was under the door into the room. The tiles floor became very slippery This has obviously been a problem in this room for a while as the door and frame were beginning to rot. Other rooms may have been fine.

Excellent hotel, convenient to Train Station. Friendly welcoming staff. Room was lovely and comfortable, great shower. I would stay here again.
Great location, very central and very convenient for the metro and buses. The room itself was very clean, a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Heating kept turning itself on and the climate controls were locked, room regularly got to 25⁰C (it was 15⁰C outside) and it made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The bright light from the air-conditioning controls was also distracting at night. There was no kettle or coffee/tea making supplies and no iron either. For the price per night was a little disappointing.

posizione molto comoda arrivando in stazione centrale Albergo con stanza comoda e ottima doccia.
Leggermente tetro ,il colore nero è dominante ma può essere un mio problema. Paragonato ad altri 4 stelle per questo mi sembrano eccessive ma la struttura rimane comunque molto valida.
Die Lage war super.
Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmutzig und das Bett sehr hart.
