Pros:

Great location, easy access to slopes, really comfy room, cleaned everyday, hosts are great and we stayed in a room so we had breakfast prepared for us every morning. There is a skii room where you leave your skiies and boots

Byl to velmi pohodový sportovně-relaxační pobyt
Pros:

Vynikající umístění, velmi příjemná a ochotná majitelka Serena. Ubytování naprosto čisté, je vidět denní péče o všechny prostory od pokojů až po třeba lyžárnu (což není zdaleka běžné). Zašli jsme i do sauny, kde opět nejlepší hodnocení - sauna nádherná, velmi příjemný relax po lyžování.

Cons:

Zde neumím napsat nic .... nebo snad jen vyšší cena, což je ale subjektivní názor :-)

Pros:

La posizione della struttura é ottima. Parcheggio disponibile fronte struttura. La cucina é ben attrezzata. Pulizia giornaliera. Doppio balcone con vista montagna (camera lotus). Buona connessione Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Check-in troppo sbrigativo. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcune informazioni fondamentali: (es. possibilità di avere gratuitamente la Trentino card, regole per utilizzo della spa..etc).
Insonorizzazione della camera non sufficiente, cuscini vecchi e bagno proprio minimo (camera lotus).
Aggiungerei uno scolapiatti da appoggio per la cucina.
L’utilizzo dei servizi della SPA sono TUTTI a pagamento, e non solo la sauna come riportato su Booking.

Chambre au calme. Près de jolies randonnées et autres activités liées à la montagne.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner complet, parfait pour débuter une longue journée de randonnée.
Vue imprenable sur les montagnes environnantes.
Serena et sa maman étaient très sympas.
Petit +: prix sur le salon esthétique juxtaposant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Pas très bien insonorisé.
Pas de leur fait: peu de restaurants aux alentours.

Świetne miejsce z pięknymi widokami z balkonów. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Doskonała baza wypadowa na narty, stoki kilkadziesiąt metrów od obiektu.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente.
Letto matrimoniale e divano letto comodi. Vista sulle Dolomiti.

Cons:

Titolare scorbutica e arrogante. Zero empatia. Educazione assente. La figlia Serena invece gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo poco presente in quanto essendo titolare del centro benessere, attiguo al B&b. Appartamento sprovvisto della qualunque: no buste dell'immondizia, no alimenti da dispensa (olio, sale e zucchero), no detersivo per lavastoviglie seppur presente, no materasso per lettino da campeggio. Ok che gli ospiti debbano portare lenzuola e cuscino, ma il materasso lo devi includere! Oltrettutto doghe in legno piegate e lettino mezzo rotto. Seppur presente in struttura l'ascensore, per raggiungere l'appartamento occorre salire alcuni scalini, scomodi per chi ha passeggino, irraggiungibile per persone con handicap in sedia a rotelle.
Comunque la cosa peggiore è stato trovare il frigo spento tant'è che ci sono voluti 2 giorni per portarlo a temperatura con conseguenza negative sulla spesa. Cattiveria gratuita. In merito alla presenza del bar, non indicato e non comunicatoci, scoperto per caso il giorno della partenza. Colazione a pagamento non inclusa. Spa al costo di euro 30 a persona anche quella non compresa per gli ospiti della struttura. In conclusione offre poco e niente e il resto a pagamento. Non consigliato.

The room was very small and difficult to ventilate, as there was no window directly facing outside (one small window was facing the corridor). There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly from the neighboring rooms (it started when they were cooking). I also felt a bit uneasy because the owner seemed stressed and often walked around murmuring to herself.

There were no in-room facilities such as a fridge or kettle, and the breakfast felt rather minimal, with portions counted per person.
