חופשה מושלמת במלון Aaritz עם שירות יוצא דופן, יחס אישי חם ואווירה משפחתית שהפכה את השהייה שלנו לבלתי נשכחת.

התארחנו במלון Aaritz, וזו ללא ספק הייתה חוויית האירוח הטובה ביותר שהייתה לנו עד היום.

בראש ובראשונה תודה ענקית לסוזי, בעלת המלון, אישה מדהימה שמנהלת את המקום באהבה ובמסירות יוצאת דופן. היא נמצאת בכל מקום, דואגת באופן אישי לכל אורח, ותמיד מוודאת שלא יחסר דבר. מרגישים שהיא משקיעה את כל הלב שלה במלון ובאורחים.

אבל מי שהפכו את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת באמת הם סרג’יו ואנג’לו. במהלך השנים התארחתי בעשרות בתי מלון בארץ ובעולם, ומעולם לא פגשתי צוות עם תודעת שירות, מקצועיות ואכפתיות ברמה כזו. כל בקשה נענית בחיוך, במהירות ובאהבה אמיתית. הם עובדים ללא הפסקה, תמיד עם אנרגיות טובות, ונותנים תחושה שכל אורח הוא האורח החשוב ביותר. רואים שהם לא רק עובדים שם – הם חיים את המקום ומתייחסים אליו כאילו הוא הבית שלהם.

האווירה במלון חמה, משפחתית ומזמינה, ובזכות האנשים המדהימים שמנהלים אותו הרגשנו בבית מהרגע הראשון ועד העזיבה.

תודה ענקית לסוזי, לסרג’יו ולאנג’לו על חופשה מושלמת ועל זיכרונות שניקח איתנו עוד שנים רבות.

Could not have found a better place to stay it was so lovely.
Pros:

It’s position to the lifts. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent. I just loved the place and even the ski room was first class.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Personal und die Hotelleitung waren äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist top geführt, sehr sauber und das Essen sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Versnobte Gäste, die meinen, sich im Wellnessbereich nicht an die Regeln halten zu müssen.

Lovely cozy mountain experience
Pros:

The interior is stunning, elegant and cozy in an old school way one would see only in winter romcom movies. Bonus points for beautiful sacral art here and there, if you're someone who like us doesn't want to stay in a place full of new age stuff this is the place to pick for sure.
Breakfasts were tasty and diverse, will fuel many hours of hiking- I even got takeaway when we wanted to leave for a hike before I was ready to eat anything. Our room was quite large, the bed comfortable and I loved the bathtub. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, will go beyond your expectations to make your experience a good 11/10. We hope to come back again!

Cons:

The only thing that could be an inconvenience is spa hours (16-20, pool with jacuzzi 7-21). If you want to use the saunas (which are great!!) it's good to plan for it in advance.
