Too short, too beautiful, to nice not to go back
Pros:

Friendly staf. Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location just at the end of the centre and almost next door to the Ciampioni mountain cable car.

Everything! The hotel and staff were great. Particularly the afternoon receptionist, very helpful. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel .

Super friendly staff - great facilities and room. Would strongly recommend!
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly - helping us with local hikes, restaurant bookings, etc. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was great with a wide range of choices and highly attentive staff - much better than I was expecting. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were an unexpected bonus - after a hard day in the mountains it was great to have a relaxing swim.

Cons:

I didn't really have any issues - our stay was excellent and I couldn't fault the place.
