El sábado día 31 no pasaron por la habitación para hacer la limpieza en general , un servicio que tengo pagado.Pero si me cobran 4 botellitas de agua
El fallo es mío por no haber dado las quejas en la salida del hotel

Very calm day by the pool, lovely pool bar staff.

All staff were helpful.

Cons:

Could’ve been lively evening entertainment to do/watch.

Bbq wasn’t an actual bbq- you could just order from Resturant by the pool. Advertising was a bit misleading.

Some dirty glasses from day before left by pool.

Felt the infinity pool shouldn’t not be an extra charge considering price of the stay. If small it could be pre book but to pay extra felt a bit cheeky.

The pools were great nd it was very close to a beautiful beach and a very lively town. The staff was friendly but could have been a bit more attentive.

The decor was cheap and tacky. Way too many natural materials.

Lugar de playa y hotel excelentes
Pros:

La playa que está frente al hotel, que si bien se debe caminar más de 300 por inmenso espacui de arena y pastos/yuyos al llegar es una playa espectacular . No obstante la mejor playa es la de Los Alemanes a unos 3 kms de Sahara de los atunes

El hotel tiene en su fachada un nombre que no coincide con el que aparece en booking lo que confunde

Professionelles Strandhotel mit schöner Poolanlage und Zugang zum schönen, langen Strand.
Saubere Zimmer mit schönem, dekorativem Ambiente und guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

In der Nachsaison hat das alternative Restaurant geschlossen.
Buffet im Hotelrestaurant bei Frühstück und Abendessen eher international und somit nach ein paar Tagen etwas langweilig.
Hotelatmosphäre etwas steril.
