Staff could not have been any better, truly.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Welcoming and helpful, especially as we spoke little German. They helped us store our bags for the day, and to arrange for the only cab in Munster to pick us up for our trip to the train station. The breakfast was delicious.

Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, sehr schönes Zimmer!!! Immer wieder gerne! Absolute Buchu
Pros:

An allererster Stelle möchte ich das Personal loben, sehr sehr freundlich! Die kleine Tochter meiner Lebensgefährtin wollte unbedingt Maggie auf Ihrem Frühstücksei essen. Maggie gab es aber nicht, kurzerhand hat die nette Dame Ihr Privates Maggie von zuhause am nächsten Tag mit gebracht, Meeeega!!!
Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und vorallem Sauber!!!! Man fühlt sich Rundum Wohl und wenn wir wieder in die Lüneburger Heide kommen, werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen, nicht nur weil es schön Zentral liegt und man in kurzer Zeit an jeden Ort in der Heide kommt!

Pros:

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen. Das Personal ist super nett und jederzeit sowohl Hilfs, als auch Gesprächs bereit. Die Buchung schließt Frühstück mit ein, welches übrigens auch recht lecker ist. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung im Internet. Selbiges war sauber und ansprechend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Es gab aus unserer Sicht absolut nichts zu bemängeln.
