Pros:

The 2 owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Facility was very clean and the spa area at the hotel was a very nice addition at no extra cost!
Breakfast very handy start to the day with a great selection of good quality food

Endroit merveilleux, chaleureux, très humain et où on y mange très bien.
Pros:

L’accueil a été chaleureux et humain. Les repas du soir concoctés avec amour étaient délicieux. Il y avait toujours un mot, une attention. J’ai trouvé ce lieu incroyablement humain. Propreté irréprochable !

Pros:

Great location central to the Dolomites everything is within walking distance.
The staff at the hotel are so welcoming and friendly and it felt more like a home than a hotel.
Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and bacon available and yummy granola and yogurt.

Cons:

Couldn’t use the spa facilities as they were closed 2 out of the 6 days we were there.
However I would still come back again just for the customer service alone.

I proprietari hanno accolto me e la mia fidanzata con un grande disponibilità e gentilezza, fornendoci sempre preziosi consigli riguardo le località che avremmo voluto visitare e le attività da intraprendere con consigli davvero preziosi su rifugi, sentieri e trasporti.
L'Hotel è davvero molto bello, curato e con tutti i servizi necessari per godersi una vacanza senza pensieri sentendosi a casa.

Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich, hat mir auch den online gebuchten Liftpass in der Frueh vom Kartenbuero abgeholt und mich ueber den Skibus informiert. In der Frueh ist der Skibus hilfreich, um in eine Richtung zu starten, das Zurueckkommen ist einfacher, das Hotel liegt nur 1 Minute von der Piste weg. Und im Zimmer sind ist meine Kleidung sogar perfekt zusammengelegt und gestapelt worden, das habe ich noch nicht mal einem 5-Stern Hotel als Service erhalten. In Summe ein Hotel, wo die Gastgeber sich sehr bemuehen, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen
