Pros:

stanza grande, insonorizzata (eravamo sopra al ristorante e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore), ben riscaldata e perfettamente pulita. Letto molto comodo. La colazione, anche se non estremamente abbondante, è buona come qualità del cibo (sia i cornetti, sia i muffin davvero buoni) ed è presente anche un'alternativa salata. Nota di merito per avere anche presenza di un'alternativa gluten free per mio figlio celiaco (solo muesli, ma almeno erano presenti e non è affatto scontato)

Cons:

La pecca è stata che il check in è dalle 18:30 ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino quasi alle 19:00 perchè ci venisse aperto (siamo riusciti ad entrare nella hall e far sedere i bimbi perchè è uscito un altro ospite). Poi la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, ed effettivamente noi non avevamo indicato l'orario esatto dell'arrivo confidando che dalle 18:30 ci sarebbe stato qualcuno: la prossima volta comunicheremo l'orario di arrivo con precisione.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und angenehm eingerichtet. Das Personal war aber nicht sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings wird viel zu viel Plastik benutzt und keine wirklich gute Produkte verwendet.

Un ottimo punto di riferimento per soggiorni di lavoro o di vacanza a Tortona.
Pros:

Per mie esigenze di viaggio, non ho potuto la mattina usufruire della colazione, inclusa peraltro nel prezzo. Sono sicuro per il resto dell'esperienza vissuta al Cavallino, che sarebbe stata ottima e abbondante. La gestione dell'hotel mi é sembrata pratica ed efficace, senza mai diventare per questo sciatta o superficiale. Staff gentile e customer oriented. Posizione perfetta per chi viaggia in treno o in autobus, a 5 minuti dalla stazione e dal Moviecenter

Cons:

Solo la spiegazione su come entrare o uscire dall'albergo in orario notturno, quando il portone principale é chiuso. Nessun particolare problema causato per questo. Suggerisco di indicare fisicamente l'uscio da usare, al momwnto del check-in
