Sé que no es del hotel pero era molesto mal olor cuando regaban el campo del golf cerrando ventana se solucionaba el resto perfecto

Lovely family friendly hotel
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt is a very well run hotel with excellent and caring staff. A 5-10 minute walk to the tennis / padel academy. The breakfast buffet is one of the best you'll experience in any hotel. Very family friendly for all ages.
