Wir fühlten sehr wohl.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr zufriedenstellend. Endlich mal Jogurth und Haferflocken. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden ausreichend Obst und dann das Übliche. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war unglaublich schön. Da möchte man gar nicht
mehr weg. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum brummte der Kühlschrank unglaublich laut. Das muss dringend abgestellt werden. Alles was sich im Kühlschrank befand wurde in den 5 Tage an denen wir da waren nicht gebraucht. Man hätte also den Stecker ziehen können
und keiner hätte etwas bemerkt. Es war daher sehr schade, da man die vielen Vögel, die sich im Garten befanden (auch unglaublich viele Ara's) nicht richtig hören konnte.

Lugar maravilhoso, calmo, funcionários atenciosos, onde é possível contemplar a natureza e ter momentos de descanso ao lado das araras.

A pousada é muito bonita e bem cuidada. Com destaque para as dezenas de araras que são alimentadas no local e vivem livremente por ali.

Cons:

O travesseiro era muito duro. Pedi para trocar, colocaram outros no lugar, mas ainda assim deixou a desejar. Pelo valor da diária poderiam aquecer a piscina, já que no final do dia não bate sol no local. Como passamos o dia na cachoeira, a ideia era aproveitar a piscina no fim da tarde, mas a água congelante foi um impeditivo. Além da nossa família, também não vimos outras pessoas aproveitando a piscina de borda infinita, que pareceu ser meramente decorativa, já que não teve utilidade.

Piscinas frias, cheias de lodo, café da manhã bem fraco e faltando itens sem reposição, barulho logo cedo(8hs) na janela do BH chegando até o quarto, ducha higiênica apenas gotejando.
Atendimento totalmente frio, na copa então nem se fala.
Pareceu que estávamos incomodando.
Uma pena, pois o local é lindo.

Pros:

La struttura è bellissima: il giardino è molto curato e ci sono tantissimi ara che vivono lì. La camera era pulitissima, perfetta per tre persone, molto luminosa data la porta a vetri con il balcone che dava direttamente sul giardino. La colazione la mattina è molto abbondante e varia e il personale è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno. Non è vicinissima alla Chapada, i paesi più vicini sono Sao Jorge e Cavalcante, ma comunque resta sempre un ottimo punto se si vuole visitare il parco.

Boas instalações, mas péssima localização.
Cons:

A localização da pousada é ruim, pq as ruas são de difícil acesso, o que torna a pousada inviável se a pessoa não está de carro. Não há iluminação noturna.
A recepção da pousada encerra-se às 20h. Se vc tem qualquer problema depois desse horário, o auxílio somente é prestado no outro dia. Houve uma chuva forte num dos dias da hospedagem. O quarto ficou alagado, molhando a mala que estava no chão. Como voltamos para a pousada após as 20h, tivemos que dormir no quarto alagado, já que não havia nenhum suporte da pousada após 20h.
