Lugar tranquilo e bem agradável.

Acomodação muito confortável

Cons:

Faltou um lugar melhor para acomodar as roupas e o feto do café da manhã começar as 07:30, pois tem vários passeios que começam cedo então todos os dias que tive passeio não consegui tomar o café da manhã. Outro ponto é o acesso à pousada. As ruas são muito esburacadas. O acesso é através de estrada de terra de chão batido.Tem muitas pousadas na rua e poderiam se juntar para melhorar as condições da rua para acesso.

A rua de acesso toda cheia de buracos, a mulher no café da manhã foi super grosseira, eu perguntei se tinha mais presunto e queijo pois tinha somente 1 unidade de cada e ela retrucou “não tá vendo aí”, tinha tudo pra ser uma paz, mas não gostaria de voltar.

A pousada é encantadora, funcionários muito gentis, educados e prestativos. O café da manhã estava ótimo. As araras são o ingrediente especial! Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Wir fühlten sehr wohl.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr zufriedenstellend. Endlich mal Jogurth und Haferflocken. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden ausreichend Obst und dann das Übliche. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war unglaublich schön. Da möchte man gar nicht
mehr weg. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum brummte der Kühlschrank unglaublich laut. Das muss dringend abgestellt werden. Alles was sich im Kühlschrank befand wurde in den 5 Tage an denen wir da waren nicht gebraucht. Man hätte also den Stecker ziehen können
und keiner hätte etwas bemerkt. Es war daher sehr schade, da man die vielen Vögel, die sich im Garten befanden (auch unglaublich viele Ara's) nicht richtig hören konnte.

Maravilhosa!!!
Pros:

Lugar maravilhoso, calmo, funcionários atenciosos, onde é possível contemplar a natureza e ter momentos de descanso ao lado das araras.
Café da manhã maravilhoso, muito bem servido, e acomodações aconchegantes.

A pousada é muito bonita e bem cuidada. Com destaque para as dezenas de araras que são alimentadas no local e vivem livremente por ali.

Cons:

O travesseiro era muito duro. Pedi para trocar, colocaram outros no lugar, mas ainda assim deixou a desejar. Pelo valor da diária poderiam aquecer a piscina, já que no final do dia não bate sol no local. Como passamos o dia na cachoeira, a ideia era aproveitar a piscina no fim da tarde, mas a água congelante foi um impeditivo. Além da nossa família, também não vimos outras pessoas aproveitando a piscina de borda infinita, que pareceu ser meramente decorativa, já que não teve utilidade.

Piscinas frias, cheias de lodo, café da manhã bem fraco e faltando itens sem reposição, barulho logo cedo(8hs) na janela do BH chegando até o quarto, ducha higiênica apenas gotejando.
Atendimento totalmente frio, na copa então nem se fala.
Pareceu que estávamos incomodando.
Uma pena, pois o local é lindo.
