Quarto amplo, chuveiro quente, ótima localização. Solado da praça, restaurantes e comércio. Hotel familiar simples, mas funcional.
O café da manhã é simples. Alimenta, mas não é surpreendente! Cuidado com as taxas extras. Não deixem o ar ligado ao sair.

Il receptionist mi ha dato la camera ore prima del check in previsto.
Il principale è stato gentile e parlava inglese.
Ho trovato capelli e peli nelle lenzuola.
Il tappetino del bagno era sporco.
Il phon non funzionava.
Il condizionatore per l'aria calda faceva un rumore terribile.
Ho dovuto insistere per pagare con il bancomat:: prima dicevano che accettavano solo contanti, poi che il pos era scarico...finalmente il principale ha attaccato il pos alla presa e ho pagato.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville, la piscine était très agréable, les chambres confortables et le petit déjeuner excellent. C'était notre dernière nuit en Bolivie, nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter au maximum de ces derniers moments à Santa Cruz. Merci !

Heerlijk terras om te zitten, erg rustig. Prima ontbijt, fijne plek om te ontbijten. De ligging is perfect, paar minuten lopen van het gezellige plaza september 24.
De minibus vanaf het vliegveld duurt ongeveer 50 minuten, noem de naam van het hotel of adres en ze stoppen er vlakbij.

The staff, like all local people in Santa Cruz, are incredibly warm and friendly. I had an excellent stay given it was my first time in Bolivia. Good, basic breakfast included. My favourite part was the swimming pool.
The hotel is not new and that's a little difficult to ascertain when just looking at the photos online. If you are expecting something fancy you will be disappointed. Any minor reservations I had about the age or condition of the rooms and facilities were easily forgotten because of the incredibly friendly and kind service.
