The building has two floors and no elevator.

Cons:

si la ubicación no estuviera en una cuesta, dificultad para aparcar, el uso de códigos para el acceso, el colchón un poco flojo y que no hay tele, por supuesto, un elemento necesario, a menos que te alojes en un monasterio.

Pros:

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer und Bad gepflegt. Mit online check in bekommt man Zugangscodes, der Besitzer war aber dann auch vor Ort und hat uns freundlich nochmal alles gezeigt und erklärt.
Etwas hellhörig. Parkplätze muss man extra dazu buchen und dies einen Tag vorher, was ich nicht richtig verstanden hatte. Man kann überall in den Straßen rundherum aber gratis parken. Man muss aber Glück haben um einen freien Parkplatz zu ergattern.

Pros:

Wonderful old house a few minutes from the El Escorial monastery. Excellent location with parking garage. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent place to stay. Great heating.

Cons:

Would have liked the option of breakfast but this is not available currently.
