Important information:

- The building has 2 floors and no elevator.
- Our check-in is from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm and in case of delay in your trip you must inform us at +34 619 308 936.
- The hotel features a digital reception and 24-hour telephone support in Spanish, English, and French.
- The rooms do not have TVs, the hotel has tablets available which can be requested the day before your arrival.
- The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast service, however, being located in the city center you can find cafes very close (100m) with all types of breakfast.
- On-site Parking is available for an additional fee (10€ per day) and advance booking is required as spaces are limited.
- No pets allowed.
- Children of any age are welcome, children aged 3 and over pay the same rate as adults, the hotel has cots for children aged 0-2 (5€/cot per day) and extra folding beds for children aged 3-15 (15€/bed per day), subject to availability and room type.

Pros:

The hotel is comfy and has a great atmosphere thanks to all the old furniture and decorations. It's also super close to the Escorial and many restaurants and cafes.

Noche en el Escorial
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona muy céntrica de San Lorenzo del Escorial. Es un palacete muy bonito. Tiene unos salones espectaculares y la habitación y el baño están bastante bien. Tiene una terraza y jardín muy bonitos también

Cons:

No había recepción y nadie nos recibió. En la habitación no había tv, ni minibar y luego tampoco ascensor al ser un palacete antiguo.

Cons:

Non ho visto l'host fino all'ultimo giorno, al momento della partenza. Mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero imprestato un tablet, non l'hanno fatto. L'host avivataba nella stessa palazzina dove si trovano le camere d'affitto e non e venuto neanche a salutarci. Delusi.

Accommodation and location great but far too reliant on digital technology . Not suitable for guests with mobility issue

The decor, size of the room and comfort of the bed and chairs were excellent. The bathroom also was exceptional

Cons:

Access was online only and entry to the property by key code. No personnel were onsite. For people who are not tech experts this is challenging. I was unable to complete and forward the important self check in form and only via WhatsApp messaging with the owner finally obtained the various codes by sending him our passport photos. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room nor television. Not the properties fault but El Escorial is exceptionally hilly including the site of the hotel

Estancia muy agradable y fácil de llegar y acceder
Pros:

El tamaño tanto de la habitación como el baño, el coñchón era muy cómoda, estaba bastante bien aislado del exterior y de otras habitaciones y estaba cerca del centro

Faltaba un poco de iluminación en el baño y las almohadas eran muy blandas
