Pros:

It's near jaganath mandir and lots of shops on way. Rooms have good features.

Cons:

All rooms features where dirty, bedsheet , blanket,toilet, washroom,door handles , floor literally everything was dirty even after we told to clean it up

Hotel was close to the temple

Cons:

After booking the room call came from oyo. They asked me to pay rs. 977 and said the tsriff would be only rs. 3800.But when I went to hotel booking itself was not there They charged rs. 4000 again after asking me to cancel the booking. Com booking.
Please check up and arrange for the refund of rs. 977.

Misleading Photos and Bad Hospitality

Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown online. The rooms were not clean when we arrived, and the floors were still wet from mopping/cleaning, which made the entire place feel poorly managed and unprepared for guests.

The staff behavior, especially the manager’s attitude, was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite us checking in very late around 8 PM for a booking that had started from 9 AM, they were still rigidly insisting on an early 8 AM checkout even though rooms were vacant and there was clearly flexibility possible. There was absolutely no consideration or basic courtesy shown toward guests.

For the amount charged, the quality and service were nowhere close to acceptable. The hotel lacks cleanliness, proper hospitality, and customer-oriented management. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

It could be better.
Pros:

Safe for women travellers and cooperative staff.
Booking on point...no confusion. They were in touch before arrival constantly through mail.
Shared location when asked....communication 10/10. AC good. Menu available...call..food comes from a hotel..good food.prompt delivery.

Cons:

Cleanliness....as in fresh bedsheets and pillow covers....room to be swept and cleaned properly. No hot water from geyser.
Could supply tea coffee sachets ...

Worst Service and Worst Customer Service.
Pros:

Room is very near to the temple. Location is good.

Cons:

Service is very bad. We booked breakfast + dinner option for 8 people but they only served food for 2 people.
No proper communication between OYO customer service and the hotel management.
Neither the Hotel staff nor the OYO were helping us with the problem regarding the issue with food service.
Worst management overall with bad service.
