Unfortunately, the conduct of both the room boy and the reception staff was unprofessional and did not meet the standard of service I expected. Their behavior was discourteous and unhelpful, which caused inconvenience and discomfort during my stay.

we faced during our check-in, along with the unprofessional behavior of the staff involved.
Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one toothbrush was provided instead of two, and the toothpaste appeared to have been previously used. This raised concerns regarding hygiene and room preparation.
We immediately informed the receptionist about the issue. The receptionist asked the room boy to provide the required items. However, the room boy spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner and did not provide the toothbrush and toothpaste as requested.
Such behavior and lack of basic amenities are unacceptable and do not meet the standards expected from your establishment. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better service and professionalism in the future.
