Substandard Hotel
Pros:

Location and car parking area.

Cons:

1. Bathroom shower not functioning.
2. Bedcover was smelly and matts are very dirty.
3. There is proper bathroom accessories.

My stay at VPN Residency was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning effectively considering the room size, making the stay uncomfortable.
There was no facility to order morning tea, coffee, or snacks from the hotel, which is generally expected by guests.
While breakfast was provided post 7.30 AM, the variety of items was very limited.
Some breakfast equipment, including the toaster, was not working properly.
It appeared that the hotel had only one or two chefs available, resulting in long waiting times for food orders, especially during dinner. The menu options were also very limited, reducing the overall dining experience and same at dinning room the air conditioning was not sufficient and immensely difficult to seat in May-June temperature.

The hotel has potential, but improvements are needed in room amenities, food service, staffing, and guest convenience to provide a better customer experience.
