If the purpose of your stay is a shelter for the night then this is the stay for you with low prices
Pros:

The proximity of this property to Sinh Sadan is the primary and the solitary attraction. It is located right outside the gate of Sinh Sadan (50 meters) on the opposite side of the road.

Cons:

Everything about this property is basic, so if you are looking for anything more then this is not for you. There is a bed, AC, attached toilet/bathroom with hot water and everything is relatively clean.

there is no parking space. as was commited to us. also we had a accident in our way but the owner is not generous and avoided to refund our advance. Also the road to this hotel goes from Devalika forest area and gets closed at 5.30pm. The hotel owner didnt share this information. Dont know why , just to fool us and get the advance as he knew in well advance the time of our arrival
