If you value breakfast as the start to your day, then this is a great hotel
Pros:

Great location, and the breakfast offering is a real standout. The breakfast was our favourite part of the entire trip. Whilst it isn’t located that close to the train station, and we had no views it was easy to find and get to/from. Staff were helpful and always very lovely, and we found the photos very similar to the room we booked. Was slightly smaller than we expected.

Cons:

The property had some facilities issues and we had some water problems with pipes in the bathroom. I would also suggest not providing anything to their laundry service that you care about. We left a few clothes lighter from our luggage due to garments being damaged. The hotel was happy to rectify, but the insurance processes for this was way too complicated and we didn’t want this to ruin the start of our holidays so didn’t claim. We probably wouldn’t return and would find something else for the price we paid for four days as there are heaps of options around the island.

Hotel nel bellissimo centro di Monterosso, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, colazione buonissima con piatti preparati al momento servita su una bellissima terrazza. Consiglio di Mangiare nel loro ristorante da Eraldo, eccezionale. Spiagge vicine raggiungibile a piedi senza problemi

Perfect location and lovely workers.
Pros:

Location was very central and easy to get to from the train station. Breakfast was delicious and included on an outside terrace. AC was able to be controlled and very comfortable. Elevator if caring lots of bags.

Pros:

Great lication, in the old city centre, a small beach, 10 min from the train station.
Nice room, cleaned every day.
Great breakfast in the lemon garden, you can choose from a menu, the lemon marmelade pancake was very good. The young lady who served us was especially nice and helpfull.
Very friendly and helpfull staff.
We had a great stay!

Pros:

The manager lady is one of the best customer service person and leader. She got us a seat for dinner at their near by restaurant for dinner on the day we arrived. Great breakfast and there items we can order, she does not limit it to one order if you want it little bit extra. You will feel that you are well taken care of. Kudos to her and her leadership

Cons:

10 min walk from train station. But there is nothing we can do. it was not too bad anyway. Rooms are small, but that is standard in Italy and we feel that only because we are travelling from USA. Overall there is nothing important to say as bad.

Maravilhoso e romântico
Pros:

A localização é óptima e os quartos muitos rústicos
As pessoas da receção foram muito atenciosas e deram-nos um íman no final como recordação . Gestos que marcam pela diferença !

Cons:

Apesar do pequeno almoço ser óptimo com crepes e waffles fritos no momento ,podia ter mais variedade de pão e sumos naturais

Great location, air conditioning and breakfast - excellent value.
Pros:

The location, room with balcony and air conditioning in this hotel was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast made to order that was included made this choice a very good value. There was a water station provided to guests that made returning to the hotel after a day in the summer heat wonderful.

Cons:

There could be a bit of updating to the rooms, linens and showers. Also, there were so many mosquitoes and insects flying around in the balcony that it was unusable.

Great stay. I do wish it were a little cleaner but was good enough.

Great A/C unit. Nice outside area. Wonderful bed

Cons:

Bathroom shower was SMALL. like really small. I also thought it could be cleaner. (in no way was it “nasty” just could be cleaner.
